This is what a review should be like. Quickly to the features then the reasoning and then performance and pricing. Well done sir.

Great, in-depth review. I'm replacing some cams. The Rivals are one of my choices.

I appreciate it. Ironically, I had a bear destroy one of my cameras in late September. With the theft or damage part of the Exodus Warranty I was able to get a replacement camera at 50% off. You just don’t see that kind of policy from trail camera companies very often (or at all).

Great info on necessary accessories. Sorry Mike, maybe Steve will give you his old stick and string drag.😊

Haha! I’ll remember that. I guess I’ll find something in the woods that will work lol.

Hi, thanks for the video, very informative. I would like to know if this camera is good for my job:
I am looking for a camera that I will b able to put in basements, crawl spaces in order to monitoring rats problems. So I need good internet connectivity, very good in night vision, and very important, VIDEOS when there is movements of rats,I have no use for pictures. I need videos and a batterie that will last arround 10 days in my clients is basement while I am knowing exactly what’s going on there before coming back.
From your experience do you thinks this camera is going to meet my needs?
    Thanks

Absolutely. If you have good cell service where you’re putting the camera it will definitely do the job. This is a low glow camera so you will get great night photos.

      @@theeverydaybowhunter thank you very much.
How long are the videos shots it send you?

@cesarestrada1283 The highest on the App is 90 seconds. But you can set the interval of if you want it to keep shooting them over and over if something is there. Videos are great but they can eat up batteries too. Remember that.

I did like mine, but their pricing sucks. Double charge you the first month, and the 7 dollar line fee. Cost me 30 bucks to get it started.

I talked to them at the Great American Outdoor Show and they don't like the pricing model either. Scoutek is the service they use. They do not own it. In May, they are releasing their own Mobile App and this will be significantly cheaper than what is being charged through Scoutek now.

Bull Butter on the 5 year no BS warranty. If you can't talk to anyone. If you can't get a response from the company how would you exercise the warranty? I have written and called so many time I can't keep count. NO RSPONSE!!!

Unfortunately, my last support request was never answered. I have used the warranty successfully, but I think I even said it in this video (which I made 2 years ago), the Customer Service could use some help.
