Hi Fran. Always love you’re episodes. I can’t wait to see the Tolster T and the one with the blue fluff. Absolutely gorgeous. Both of your blankets are gorgeous too. Thank you for sharing. Hx💕🧵🧶
I'm loving the Daft days cardigan. I shall be knitting it but not before I go to East Anglia yarn show. I've not been to EAYF before and I'm really looking forward to it. I shall be going on the Saturday as well. xxx
Hi Fran, thank you for the suggestion of the buttons, I’m also making the daftdays cardigan with my advent yarns. I was struggling to find the right buttons so I’ve just ordered these ones. Brilliant podcast as always, loving the blankets especially the hearts 💕 x
Love being inspired by your videos 😄 I’m currently working on the Magnus cardigan (the crochet pattern for EAYF), also going on the Saturday so hopefully see you there! I’ve applied to be an official podcaster, so hopefully I can do a little vlog on the show! X
❤❤hi fran,,, Lovely episodes,,,, I noticed the cowl on ur walk on Mondays vlog,, May try that,,wrote down instructions,,thank you,,I love cowls,,, Just doing some knitting on socks on this frigid cold day 🎉🎉😮 Loved your company,,,all the yarn, and cozy makes,, Thank you, ELAINE 🏡💕
I love your videos, just so normal and you're just great Fran. How you get to knit so many things is amazing and always inspiring. I'm currently knitting, garden party pullover by Anna Daku. That might be worth you looking up, as you can use minis or bigger skeins in one colour or various colours and sort of fade/blend. She tells you how to go ahead with sorting colours in a sequence but it's up to you to decide when you change colours which is dependant on how much yarn you have. Mines a bit neon! Plus you knit it inside out so your not purling all the time. Probably bored you silly . Anyway, look forward to your next podcast. Happy crafting Fran 😊
I've just finished my fort Tolsta and it really is a lovely pattern, I've got some skeins of DK bamboo which have been in stash far too long who I I think are going to become a bright, striped DK tolsta. I always enjoy your videos, correct level of rambling for me (is is weird today that you're my cats favourite youtuber? She watches fascinated when you're on)
The heart blanket is gorgeous! I look forward to seeing what you eventually decide to make with the Birdstreet and fluff. You reminded me that I have some Magpie's Eye buttons hanging out here somewhere so I'm going to have a look for those! 💜🧶💜🧶💜
Ooh the Birdstreet yarn is gorgeous ❤ Your Daft Days is looking great, it will be my next garment cast on once I’ve finished one of my two garment WIPs 😊
@ I have a Tolsta Tee that I am hoping I have enough yarn for it to be long sleeved and a Winters Beach Cardi (by Andrea Mowry). I hoping to have one of them finished by early February so I can cast on the Daft Days 😊
If you could wait until next month Rebecca has the Kintra coming out, that is a colour work yoke jumper in 4ply or DK and can be made in anything from 4 to 25 yarns. Think that would look cool in your yarn.
Love the blankets, and I enjoyed the vlog too. I'm trying out the ranunculus with some stash in my cupboard, using the helpful Sun Dragon You Tube tips videos. I can't remember the last time I knitted a garment - I'm usually knitting shawls, scarves, socks, hats or mitts. I thought I'd give it a go as it seems to fit all sorts of sizes!
Hi Fran, your Daft Days cardigan is beautiful. I’m going to go and look at the buttons from that website too as I always struggle to get them from local shops.
Love your heart blanket, such an effective pattern. I am desperately trying to stop myself from going over to Birdstreet to get a skein of that amazing yarn. It is fabulous but I have so much hand dyed and I am having a skein a month from a treat box by Coastal Creative. I am working on a Hibernation throw using my Giddy Yarns daily advent and some socks.
Oh lovely- coastal creative does gorgeous yarns!! I couldn’t stop myself from getting that skein but I refrained putting any more in my basket! So I’m calling that a win!
Feeling meh tbh, Fran. Everything you showed was lovely, particularly that yarn at the end. What software do you use to edit? I’m knitting on so much right now, and so many things I’d love to cast on. I’m over halfway through my Habitation Throw
Hi Fran.
Always love you’re episodes.

Thank you for sharing.
Hx💕🧵🧶
Always full of all the ideas- whether they come to fruition is another matter- I might get distracted by some other pretty things!!🙄😂
@ yes me too.
There is always a birthday gift to make, which throws me off track too.
Hx 💕🧵🧶
Yes 🙌 you got Beki’s yarn. It knits up lush x
My first time watching you and look forward to more episodes - I love your makes and colour choices. The cowl idea is very clever!
Thank you so much and welcome to the channel!! Xx
Never boring Fran - thanks for another good chat
You’re welcome- thanks for watching!

Ooh I love bamboo- that will be lovely for spring. What’s your cat’s name- I’ll give her a shout out next time! 😂
@FrannyDoMakes she's called Pumpkin 😸

What are your WIPs Sam?

@HandknitBySam Tolsta’s are very generous with the yardage I’m sure you’ll be fine
I absolutely love your hygge blanket. I think it might be my next make. See you next time
It’s a lovely pattern- easy to memorise too.
Love your videos. Enjoyed seeing progress on your blanket using the greenlambkin club and your daft days cardigan. They are two of my WIPs too.
Thank you, are you enjoying them too?
@ the blanket certainly. Only just started the cardigan so not into the swing yet. Have tried to park it until I finish another couple of projects x

Yes I have a friend in the test pool and hers is stunning!! I love Rebecca’s patterns
I'm also working on the daft days cardigan, myself and a friend will be at EAYF on the Saturday too!
Oh great!! Let’s hope we get them finished in time!!

Ooh I’m going to go look for those videos- I be been fancying a ranunculus for a while

Hi Fran, your Daft Days cardigan is beautiful. I’m going to go and look at the buttons from that website too as I always struggle to get them from local shops.
Oh yes do - they have some really pretty ones
Thank you for your interesting podcast. I am currently knitting a jumper in Wensleydale yarn which I am hoping to finish soon.
Ooh I bet that will be super warm and toasty

Love your cardigan, it would be nice for those gorgeous minis from Layfamily yarn, I have two years worth to knit 🙈😂
Yes it would!!!
Feeling meh tbh, Fran. Everything you showed was lovely, particularly that yarn at the end. What software do you use to edit? I’m knitting on so much right now, and so many things I’d love to cast on. I’m over halfway through my Habitation Throw
I hope you feel better soon xxx I used to use Capcut but I’ve moved to Movavi now.
I might be at EAYF, not sure which day though, depends when my non-knitting, ultra busy daughter is free, lol
I can’t wait- it’s always a great show!!
Love the jumper you are wearing please may I ask what pattern and yarn you have used?
Hey, thank you- it’s the cosy classic raglan by Jessie Maed Designs
@@FrannyDoMakes oh thank you, what yarn did you use, is it self striping?
No it was 2 colours of hand dyed yarn
@ thank you!
