My brother Jared and I recently filmed an entire instructional on this topic, and in this video we show a few of the most popular ones quickly broken down. Hope you enjoy it!

I appreciate that a lot. And I’m happy these help.
do video of basics and concepts to new no gi grapplers please
Great minds think alike. Ever since i was first in sprawl position, i almost hurt myself, i have been using these moves as one of my favorites. Knowing how to escape the anaconda is my current project, this really helps alot. Rock on, many blessings and brother!
Time stamps?
👍👍🤩🤩👏👏
I think you showed that forward-rocking to a back roll escape in another video. I try it from this position and it never works cleanly for me at my experience level and size, BUT it almost always threatens an escape enough that I can exploit my opponent's readjustment. For me this was a lightbulb moment, you just have to threaten so they make a mistake, and who cares how you got out from there?
Good stuff as always!
Exactly it. Some things like that, even if they are lower percentage themselves, are great to set up escapes that work better for you in combination. Thanks!
Hello kind Sir i just tried my 1st day trail of Brazilian jiu-jitsu it was hard but i like it whats your advise to me i have no experience at jiu-jitsu i have no experience in fighting for that matter, i afraid of hurting my sparring partner and im scared of getting hurt, how can i get comfortable with this, i also need that secret weapon that you jiu-jitsu master know is the breathing exercises designed for jiu-jitsu i get out of breathe and tired easily how do i go pass that.
