I haven't stayed in that tower because ive never paid for a room there and they always put me in Tuscany Tower. It was good to see a video about the other tower. I like your videos!
That AC was ridiculous. I would ask to be moved to another room. No shame in speaking up if you are a paying customer. I work for a casino brand in Vegas we always reach out to our customers and assist if they bring something like that to our attention.
We completely agree with you! Unfortunately, we arrived late at night for the check-in and didn't want to go through the hassle of changing rooms since it was a short stay. t's great to hear your casino brand prioritizes customer satisfaction.
