    Hello friend, in RE4 I use 1920x1080 using fsr 2 in quality mode, the hair quality on high. already in lossless in full screen scaling mode in 2.3 LS1 scaling in performance mode and framegen x3. and thus I obtain excellent quality at 144 fps

    If you're not playing at the same resolution as the device why not use AMD FSR scaling? I generally do 800p in game resolution with 1200p LegionGo resolution, lock FPS to 30, and use AMD FSR upscale and FrameGen x3. Works wonders in a lot of games and I can play some on Power Saving.

    Why not try Call of Duty games?

    Which is the best Loss less or afmf

      Both have pros and cons. The image quality with AFMF is superior since it works with RSR, resulting in less ghosting and waving distortion, and less input lag due to its compatibility with AMD Anti-Lag. However, AFMF tends to disable itself during fast camera movements or quick actions to avoid artifacts, which means you won’t get stable performance with AFMF. On the other hand, Lossless Scaling provides more stable performance and smoother gameplay, but at the cost of increased input latency and more ghosting and waving distortions.

    Hello how's the input lag do you notice it? Cause I've seen a few comments saying it's bad. But from what I see I think it's not that bad, is it?

      The input lag is noticeable, but it’s not that bad for me. The games are still playable and enjoyable. The only game I have an issue with is God of War; the input lag is high compared to other games.

    At which number should i lock FPS for using LS if i set my screen to 60hz? I'm not very demanding regarding super high fps, 60 is more than enough for me

      Always set your screen to 144Hz when using Lossless Scaling, even if the game only runs at 60FPS. Lossless Scaling doesn’t perform well with low refresh rate screens like 60Hz. I have compared the performance with Lossless Scaling on a 60Hz monitor versus a 144Hz screen. The difference is night and day. There is much more ghosting on the 60Hz monitor.

      @@T-PEN damn! Worked like a charm!!! Thanks a lot! I've set my screen to 60hz for battery saving and LSFG caused much artifacts and lowered fps as well. I couldn't figure out why and you answered me! Thanks a lot, the legend ;)

    Is it necessary to use RivaTuner to lock FPS? AMD software has the fps lock feature as well....

    • @T-PEN
      @T-PEN  25 дней назад +1

      It’s necessary because AMD software doesn’t work well with Lossless Scaling. One feature enables from AMD software and then Lossless Scaling starts acting weird. Also, since I use Afterburner for the overlay, it’s better to use RivaTuner for capping FPS.
