- Did you know if you put a whole orange in a blender you can make the most delicious moist cake? If you have been looking for an easy and moist orange cake, you’ve come to the right place. All the liquid ingredients are combined in a blender then just mix the dry ingredients to making this whole orange cake. Seriously one of the simplest cakes you will ever make.
Ingredients:
1 orange
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
buttered loaf pan
350F bake 45 to 50 min
