I believe if Zeke had the ability to remove the Titan transforming ability from Eldians like how the Royal Family with the Co-ordinate was able to do, she would have done so. "to be drunk on something to just keep pushing on; everyone was a slave to somethin' ". I think this line from Kenny is the true message Attack on Titan portrays amazingly!
Its yah boi PaPa Franku in the manga it says that after Eldia defeated all enemy countries, infighting started between the 9 titan factions. The 145th king saw this infighting and wanted to put a stop to the war quickly, so he joined with the Tyber family and made a random Marleyan “Heros” out to be the hero of Marley who defeated Eldia via infiltration. In reality tho the 145th King ended it.
Just to reference the manga we’re talking about, Eren Kruger spoke of it well. It’s largely a matter of perspective, “There is no such thing as truth in this world. That is our reality. Anyone can become a god or a devil. All it takes is for someone to claim that to be the truth”. A bit flowery but the general idea is that humanity is commonly its own worst villain. Selfishness, revenge etc. Eldians oppressed others, now Marleyans oppress them in exchange, all that stuff about a cycle of hatred and violence.
Marley has become even worse than Eldians. If we're based on Manga, then what Marley did to the other nations could not be said that "Different" to what Eldians did when Eldians had Titan powers. The only difference here is the Government who uses that power, the Marley instead of Eldia.
If you would be given a gun and told "Kill two innocents or your [insert family member you have the strongest connection to] dies.", what would you choose (not accepting a third option)? I find this an interesting question. Just imagining the answer is difficult. Choosing one would most likely be impossible for me. If you think about it, both Reiner (after realizing the propaganda was just that) and Eren made the same decision. They chose to kill innocents to protect their loved ones. Reiner to avoid his family to be turned into mindless Titans, a fate many agree on being worst than death, due to choosing to not continue the mission. Eren to avoid his loved ones being killed when Marley someday rolls in with an overwhelming force including but not limited to a fleet of airships. The only two differences I see hear are: 1. Reiner and the other warriors came as attacker while Eren came as a defender. ["Attack is the best defence"] 2. Eren hasn't shown any regrets yet for killing innocents, only that Sasha died because of his actions while Reiners guilt broke his psyche in two and he is repeatedly thinking about suicide. So I guess that makes it even? Regardless, I still find this question quite interesting because of its challenging nature. No matter what you choose, the choice is still wrong. Be it on a logical or emotional level.
I think Eren was trying to protect Mikasa and Armin by convincing them he was bad so he could make it seem he was trying to I guess “help” Zeke, but idk 🤷♀️
I agree with you, i think the Marleyians are the enimies / villain, they are the ones attacking eldians, and i think Eren should destroy the Marley military or whatever, he should get Zeke with him on that plan, maybe even reiner (if he is still alive) and annie (eren gets the jaw titan to open up annie
Even if they wiped out all the Marlyeans would they be free? No the rest of the world would fight them, so they would be stuck in constant conflict, even if they wipe out everyone but the Eldians can they be morally justified? They would end up fighting each other as long as their is a struggle for power. Good and Evil are subjective and bendable ideologies
I TOTALLY agree with everything you said!!, be a human doesn't necessarily mean you are the good guy, be a human means you have the opportunity to show you are better than others, making the right choice , like be a monster or a demon doesn't neccessarily mean you are the villan. WE(the humans) are the ones who create monsters making the wrong choice ,It's the hate we genearte making the wrong choice that is going to affect the people around us, letting them make the wrong choice and eventually become the real monster.....
Marley is obvious the true evil villains, they changed history by making the founding titan (ymir fritz) look bad, also some eldians are bad too for using the titan power for their own greed.
we have always been told the difference between a hero and a villain good and evil a savior and a lost cause but what if I told you the only true difference is just who's telling the story.. That's all I have to say
Basically whenever you think you’ve found the villain, remember you didn’t. You will get mind fucked and end up feeling for every body you think you hate
Also, I don’t think Zeke is as much of a villain as everyone else. Yes, he is a villain, and yes, his plan is pretty bad. But the fact that Eldians can turn into Titans presents a threat to the entire world, especially when you take into account the “rumbling”. If there are no Eldians, the world is safer. I still don’t support it but I think I understand.
You keep hesitating to mention that eldians can turn into titans. A lot of your arguments fall apart about "the marleyans are evil" etc. by leaving that detail out
- Queue WWE style entrance - Hooded figure walks through the tunnel, lights, pyrotechnics, and crowd - Zeke, Eren and everyone who is thought to be a villain: :O - *removes hood - IT’S RACISM
Well actually, Annie wanted to *choose* to abandon the mission. But Reiner and Berthold basically forced her to continue onwards, by making her think she *didn't have a choice.* (7:58)
Yeah she was more hesitant. She still could have said no and abandoned it on her own though. She was in the Military Police Beigade so it's not like she was being watched by Reiner and Bertolt all the time.
What’s really ironic, there were no more titans in the world. Marlay and Zeke keep creating them trying to achieve their goals. I’m sure there’s a message about how the lust for more power makes monsters of us all or something
Oh and ur question at the end: I don't think he ever abandoned his friends. I believe he still cares for them, and he def doesn't like alienating them as it appeared to me in chp 113 in that one panel of him just looking out the window. He def showed some sad emotions when he made Mikasa upset in chp 102, not to mention Sasha in chp 105. He's clearly putting up an act to Zeke, while showing enough evidence to us readers that he isn't truly aligned with him. He's clearly pulling a Kruger here, and even though Armin is afraid that Eren is going to do the rumbling still, pretty sure the genius will be in for a suprise.
Marlay is pretty bad, but it's also important to note that they're trying to stay relevant against a nation that, they think, is holding the world hostage with a world-ending WMD. I think Isayama's whole point is that it isn't clear who started the fire; someone has to put it out. Whether that's by forgiveness and trust, like Mr. Braus (and even the King, with respect to Kenny Ackerman), or by doing what has to be done to win (like Grisha and Eren), Marley isn't the ultimate evil in the world; human nature itself is the evil.
Zeke wants Eldians to simply not exist because he thinks it is way harder living as a "Monster" and being discriminated, he doesnt simply think they shouldn't exist from what the ancestors did.

The 145th king saw this infighting and wanted to put a stop to the war quickly, so he joined with the Tyber family and made a random Marleyan “Heros” out to be the hero of Marley who defeated Eldia via infiltration. In reality tho the 145th King ended it.
Well if I’m remembering correctly
They never exactly specified but seeing how the tyburs betrayed eldians I reckon they they did it with the help of the Warhammer titan
According to me EARTH DEVIL is enjoying all incidences as he give power to Ymir Ftitz of Titans. And his name even contains word "devil".
>eldians
>not evil
Pick one rn!
Well to be fair every "villain" becomes what he is by his unfortunate circumstances and nobody is born evil
I don't know about that.
Psychopaths can't really be nurtured into lovable human beings.
The only two differences I see hear are:
1. Reiner and the other warriors came as attacker while Eren came as a defender. ["Attack is the best defence"]
SnK is a really good manga. A lot of allegory that is parallel to our own.
Times Flew so fast already 11 pm wow i enjoy every video u post love it
Can you make a video about the seen-before titans ?
We heard that sneak diss at black clover😭
i know annie is suppose to be "bad," but she's still one of my favorite characters!!😫😩❤
The fact that she has been sidelined for so long makes me believe she will have a big part in the stories conclusion.
Bye this way the collosel is" god" of destructions
Heh, call the God of War and well see who's winning... 🤔🤔😂😂
Interesting, I wanna know the other shifter's name like Attack Titan: The God of Freedom, etc.
"The world."

Marley is obvious the true evil villains, they changed history by making the founding titan (ymir fritz) look bad, also some eldians are bad too for using the titan power for their own greed.
we have always been told the difference between a
hero and a villain
good and evil
a savior and a lost cause
but what if I told you the only true
difference is just
who's telling the story..
That's all I have to say
Yeah well, story can be told differently, true.
But the results and consequences, will never be fake!
"The animation studio" lmaoooo your j/k did not go unnoticed
Other animes: do you like twister?
Attack on titan: oh yeah it's the best game, why do you ask
Other animes: no reason
I feel like there isn't supposed to be a true vilian it's more of an intriguing anime full of different povs
Good job on the video's I love them!
Basically whenever you think you’ve found the villain, remember you didn’t. You will get mind fucked and end up feeling for every body you think you hate
Great vid
0:31 Animation studios 😂😂 goddamn
me then
Also, I don’t think Zeke is as much of a villain as everyone else. Yes, he is a villain, and yes, his plan is pretty bad. But the fact that Eldians can turn into Titans presents a threat to the entire world, especially when you take into account the “rumbling”. If there are no Eldians, the world is safer. I still don’t support it but I think I understand.
2:12 who else remember that guys with beard?
The final villain will obviously be jarjar
Negativitron Prime Jarjar binks
Keep doing these videos they are really good
Eren is the protagonist anyway. I want to see him smile again.. and also, I want him to bring up his mother for some reason >.
Absolute evil does not exist in human beings. The concept of absolute evil is that human beings catch human beings whose ideas are different.
You keep hesitating to mention that eldians can turn into titans. A lot of your arguments fall apart about "the marleyans are evil" etc. by leaving that detail out
I always thought the fact they had all those Wall's was suspisious!
The real enemy is....
Mosquitos
They should create an OST about the Marley when the Eldians were controlling the world.
- Queue WWE style entrance
- Hooded figure walks through the tunnel, lights, pyrotechnics, and crowd
- Zeke, Eren and everyone who is thought to be a villain: :O
- *removes hood
- IT’S RACISM
So basically a Janitor tainted Zeke’s whole life.
Well actually, Annie wanted to *choose* to abandon the mission. But Reiner and Berthold basically forced her to continue onwards, by making her think she *didn't have a choice.*
(7:58)
Yeah she was more hesitant. She still could have said no and abandoned it on her own though. She was in the Military Police Beigade so it's not like she was being watched by Reiner and Bertolt all the time.
I actually got confused while reading the manga. I have to read it again and again and I'm still lost. Welp
I've never read the manga, where can I read it
@@cintiasemedo599 You can download Manga Rock *definitive apk* on google.
What is so confusing about it
@@raymondlaspina7870 i don't get why Eren is moving so weird and he's with the side of Zeke.
@@ohheyjassy that is not confusing, is just hidden intentions. It helps the story with the mystery
The true villain of this show is King Fritz himself
Quality content, sir!
As bertholdt said, the only evil is the world
What’s really ironic, there were no more titans in the world. Marlay and Zeke keep creating them trying to achieve their goals. I’m sure there’s a message about how the lust for more power makes monsters of us all or something
The real villain is Isayama for making us think so much about who the villain is🤔
Hello! I'm new on this channel and its great!
Yes I’m happy now
U win
I think you made an incredible analysis on this topic and helps clear things up a little, amazing well in depth video 👍🏻
Uhmm... When will Eren use his Berserk mode again?
S N E A K Y B O I never
It was only in anime, not in manga

Zeke wants Eldians to simply not exist because he thinks it is way harder living as a "Monster" and being discriminated, he doesnt simply think they shouldn't exist from what the ancestors did.
