Sutter's Fort State Historic Park to re-examine Native American history telling

The park will now look back at its past storytelling after a year of consulting with Tribal Nations regarding the presentation of Sutter's history.

In my youth through public education the truth about the Native Americans relationship with nature and animals was void. Going forward, Native peoples education through workshops can enlighten and bring forth their respect to the environment we all now share.
