Great thanks for making the time to educate us here. On the West Coast many struggle to try this proven method even though kite fishing for BlueFin started had deep roots at Catalina. This 2021 season really has compelled many to go this direction of the use of the kite / balloon rig setup due to the larger caliber fish being caught. You all in Florida really know how to be efficient and effective.

Gave up on the sfe kites. Adjusted and adjusted and adjusted.
Left right left right in the water they dive. Time after time.
Got a few big games and made tag lines.
I can run down a fish without bringing in kite if in a crowd.
I've washed the sfe and I've lightly scrubbed as advised. They both dive left and right hard then crash. Bad batch? Bad luck? Maybe. Had enough.

I have 2 SFE kites. One is good, the other is useless. I've been meaning to call the company to ask for a solution.
