- Bell Helmets invited the media to Cahuilla Creek MX today to take delivery of the new Bell Moto 10 Spherical helmets. We've been very fortunate to have been riding in the Moto 10 Spherical for several weeks already, and have been very impressed with the technology of the new helmet, as well as its high level of comfort, abundant airflow, and overall fit and finish. While we will have a complete Track Tested feature in the near future, we thought you'd like to see some of the action from the track today. While the star power was high with Bell athletes like Axell Hodges, Jeremy "Twitch" Stenberg, Vicki Golden, Tyler Bereman, and more on hand, there's just something about watching Jeremy McGrath in action that puts a smile on our faces. Enjoy a lap with the King of Supercross, and then hear from him about the role he played in the Moto 10 Sphericals development.
I think it was at the end of Steel Roots, he said, “ I’m going to ride until I can’t ride anymore”. Long Live The King.

Jeremy Mcgrath my all time supercross idol growing up on the track and partying.I had to go out and buy a Baja boat in 1994 the year after I graduated after seeing him with all those girls on his boat. That was the best investment and best memories of my life!

At the king's pace, the helmet vents so well it pushes the sweat back while the rest of us feel a slight breeze. Lol

Is it me or does he ride a 4 stroke with classic 2 stroke fundamentals? I love it that he still blips the throttle like a 2 stroke.

Sick, my first helmet was Bell Moto 3 in the 80s. We just got my son a Mcgrath's Bell mx9 he love it. Matches his KX100. Great to see Jeremy ripping 🏁🏁🏁🏁👍.

They do them at outdoors. Called Legends of motocross. I saw one at the Ironman national in Indiana a few years ago with RC, Kdub, Emig, Stanton just to name a few. RC put on a clinic and still had top 5 speed

First time seeing McGrath 1987 Lorretta Lynn's Amateur. He really had a BMX style then. You knew he had something special.

I used to watch him ride back in 1997 in Millville Minnesota. He was kicking some ars back then!!! There was a huge afterparty and someone from his crew gave it to me!👍👍👍

The echo helmets with a jofa!!!!! All you old dudes like me remember jofas????? Man the memories. Racing coal canyon BMX on sunday nights, Horsemans in apple valley the next weekend, i rode a elf when i was on minis, then i got like flowed from Robinson. I had 2 Robinson SSTs with sugeno GT cranks with oddesy triple cages, answer forks and bars, the clear grips with Robinson stickers underneath, sun rims, bomber pads and # plate, then, shit, oh yea MEGABITE tires!!!! Remember those things man?? Air them down to like 40 psi up front and they gripped like crazy. I think V brakes were the shit at the time. I raced NBL and ABA from 1993 till 1999. Won the California state qualifier, won the state championship twice in 20 inch 10-12 expert. I was so much bigger and stronger than all the other kids man i was like 5'10 at 11 years old. I was doing every jump at every track and i think i ended with 109 first place trophies. I won the R.A.D. (race against drugs) race 3 times, it didnt take. Then i finished jr. high with a 4.0 gpa and my dad bought me a brand new 2000 yz125. Man so man memories. I made it to intermediate by my 3rd season. I was 14 by then. I lost my virginity at honey lake to this 17 year old chick that had shorts so short the front pockets hung out. But she was suuuper hot and i was 14 and suuuuper horny and after i asked if she could come hang out at our camp after we sucked face for 3 hours in her car my dad was like, " Here, ill do you one better, im gonna take your mom to dinner, ill stay gone until 11:00 ok? Im only doing this because i cant take it away from you im not pervert but damn son for her to be your first, im proud of you boy. Remember, no glove no love champ ok?? Got get her son." He said as he handed me a 3 pack of Trojans and had a tear in his eye. A couple years later he caught me smoking weed, he sat down next to me, said "is it the chronic son? No son of mine is gonna smoke schwag." It was definitely the kind kind. We got high as a kite together and ever since then my dad and I have been best friends. I built him a 1965 impala SS clone which was his first car. I built the dart 555 big block from the bare block, did all the bodywork with brass and file, no bondo, how they used to do it, put a built T400 with a 3200 stall converter, put a 9 inch rear end in i built myself. Bought the housing, then the 3rd member, then the diff, etc. I pieced the entire car together on my garage floor over 4 years, built it in 3 months, shot it with black primer, and gave it to him for his 60th birthday. He almost had a heart attack i had to hold him up he knees were buckling and he was blubbering like a baby. So was i. Theres no better feeling than making my parents that happy man. I owe everything to them. Dont worry i bought my mom a 1 year old mustang mare. Shes all white with black socks and a black ear. Mom named her Angel. That horse is so goddamn fast too. My mom barrel raced for 20 years, she says Angel is hands down the fastest horse shes ever ridden. Lets all take our hats off to the moms and dads that made us the men and women we are today. God bless them all. As long as they werent horrible people. Some snowflakes might think my dad was a horrible dad but i ask you, did the son you raised "right" become a decorated Marine and build you a 650 horsepower muscle car from literally the ground up? With air conditioning?

Bell helmets are amazing, in 2013 I had about a $130 Bell save my life.

Love McGrath. The days on the Honda with the pork chops... I have the RC Yamaha dirt bike of his still and I'm frign 36. I don't use it but I won't throw it away, it's frign McGrath. His time on the Suzk I remember the struggles on that bike bottom end. Whether it was BS from the pit announcer or not I remember they welded an additional 5/8" tip on the Suzuki's silencer to get more bottom end. Remember the dumbest shit

echo helmets at temecula bmx he rode a free agent i rode a quickline/technique. we would sit on the benches in between heats discussing proper racing lines and modifying our bikes and making sure our bearings and bolts were perfect. we had custom troy lee visors and life was simple when we were kids. he had tremendous pedal power.

is it just me, or is Supermac riding that thing like a 2-stroke.. blipping the throttle in the air, running it to the rev limiter before the jump faces etc! reminds me of the way you had to ride when your bike doesn't Idle on its own :)

I am sure he can cover the avg vet quite well....lol ventilation is always nice.
