Hubi is a lowkey but extremely focussed person--more subtle & introverted than some top 20 players perhaps, but with passions he devotes himself to. Would love to see him have another great year in 2023.
I'm always impressed with players from countries where they do NOT need the help of wild cards to grow their talent. Countries with tournaments that focus the majority of their wild cards on their own citizens SHOULD have MANY MANY players at the top. Those points are automatic and yes discriminate against other countries (but nothing will change) so you would expect them to take advantage of those points. I do admire tournaments that do not discriminate and it's a breath of fresh air (and fairness) to see them include wild cards from several countries.
