Use equation 73.1 page 73-6 . You know S=60 and Headway=10 sec. Rearrange to find D, Simple plug and chug

headway also has another equation Headway = 3600/Volume, and Density = Volume/Speed, so we know Density = 3600/(Headway * Speed) = 6

Can I use D=3600/(S*Headway), Here S= average travel speed
