How was that not a pass? If that was not then nobody can pass it.
Easy to see a full pass. End qualified immunity and file suit on officers who make dui arrests when blood shows you are sober. It's happened to me. Jailed and proven sober.
NEVER submit to a roadside field sobriety test. You don't have to . They are arbitrary and designed to make you fail. There are other options. Use them instead.

Why were they searching his vehicle even before they administered the field sobriety test??? They can't search at this point unless they have probable cause of some additional offense other than the traffic violation. It's only after they arrest someone for DUI that they can do an "inventory" of the vehicles contents before having it towed.

If you dont pass when you pass WHY take the test. Insist on a breatholizer or blood test!!! They have just traumatized a child !
