Rules Clarification
At the end of the round, the Rebellion does not have the option to not score like Naveen was joking during the gameplay. He just didn't want to admit he was unsuccessful haha.

Interesting tactics - I just wonder if the luck factor is too much in the hidden cards?
Reminds me of "Jekyll & Hyde" - with the Jekyll player hoping the clock runs out before going mad.
There's definitely an element of luck, but also the card counting for the Empire is super important in the 2nd half of the game.
Looks fun. I have a copy coming next week…but can you really beat inheritors??

I thought through the whole game that Naveen will win. This is very tight and maybe lucky game. It gives me a fill like Hanamikoji tbh. :)
It was so close! We've played the game quite a few times and we've each won as the Empire and the Rebellion!

Declaring whether a district has been liberated is optional?
The rules didn't explicitly say, I think Naveen was just trying to be playful since he wasn't scoring all of those times lol!
I haven't watched the whole playthrough yet but when the Capitol was won by Naveen, at 14:28, shouldn't he have revealed all of the cards to prove that the total intel value was more than the total upheaval value? What if the hidden card was a 4 or higher upheaval card.
