@EnriqueLovinLife facial massage should be gentle though. And there are also different types of massage for back & shoulders, if you need deep tissue massage you should look into myofascial release.

I was told when I was younger that when doing a face massage you should avoid the eye area because the pulling could cause premature wrinkles. Does anyone know if there any truth to that or if that was just a myth? :)
That has been my understanding. That’s why I always pat on my eye cream or moisturizer in that area. When using gua sha I’m also careful not to actually pull the skin, just glide over it.

I think she wasn't hiding her lips lol, she just gave the massager more access to apply the lotion on.
