Speaking from experience, yours English as a second language is very good and gets better with every new episode. Please, do not apologize for your English; you are doing your best and only that counts. If he’s reading the comments here where he’s trying to tell you you’re not speaking correctly, I’ll say it correctly for you to him:
1. Screw YOU!
2. Apartment, flat or condominium, implies shared walls, floors and ceilings in a building of two or more units that also share a common area.
3. If her language was so incorrectly spoken, how was it you understood what she was implying? I’ve found that the largest critic is usually the most insecure one in the conversation.
Vicki, your fans know what you’re referring to when you speak of your apartment. We know that in Russia, just about all the people there live in such dwellings that they own and are what’s referred to in America as “fee simple or freehold ownerships.”I’m not Russian, so I cannot speak to what the legal ownership term is. But all who come here and are Russian know the type of ownership they possess for their apartment, flat, condominium or dacha.
I’m glad Sheffi is ok. A family members dog was seriously wounded by a bigger dog this week. He had to have surgery and he’s doing ok. So I know how you feel about other dogs.

You speak English very well! I've never had a problem understanding you and English is not my native language too. I'm still investing a little bit of time to learning Russian. I know the letters and can read the words, but understanding them is still very hard. Some are very close to German or English, so I understand them fine. Some are almost impossible to pronounce for me. Learning languages is hard (at least for me). 😅
Hello from Ireland, I enjoy watching your channel, and I hope to visit beautiful Russia sometime. Your English is amazing!!!, please ignore rude comments. Here in Ireland it's usually called a flat too, but it can be called an appartment too, but I myself would also say flat. I normally don't comment, but felt I had to this time 😊 just try to ignore rude avs ignorant people.

I’m from the USA and l can tell you that your English is great. I can understand you better than most people here 😂. As a matter of fact my neighbor and I have to communicate via a translator app because she doesn’t understand English and I don’t speak Spanish. I am amazed by anyone who is fluent in English who doesn’t live in an English speaking country. You know 2 languages and most people can’t even speak their own language properly! We all hope Sheffie won't need surgery but other than that, he looks great and is clearly a very happy chap. He is well looked after by you, Alex and your excellent supporters and is having a great life.
Autumn 🍂 My favorite time of year. Sheffie is precious. He so reminds me of our Anna Marie. Also a black lab. Labs have such a sweet personality. Your English is awesome. English is a difficult language to learn. So many same sounding words with different meanings. You do very well. It's my native language. I've been helping my granddaughter with her reading and can see how learning it is difficult. Thank you for your beautiful videos.

Do not wait on getting the tumor removed from his paw. Have it removed now while the tumor is small. We had the same problem with our husky and we also waited and the tumor grew and it grew to much into the paw and we had to have his paw amputated.
I love the smell of oil paints, My Aunt was an artist,, trained at the Chicago Art Institute, She had a studio upstairs and I went up all the time and she taught me to paint, Now everyone here uses acrylic and I don't really like them, They are hard to paint with, They do not blend well. But the smell of oils/Linseed oil takes me back to happier times. Glad Sheffie is doing well. We do not have many mushrooms around here. Used to gather brain mushrooms in the pine forest when I was younger but that's the only edible I know around here.

I am American all my life I get confused between apartment condominium or condo and flats. Seems to be regional. Like flats in NY or Chicago. In Midwest have apartment or condo. Apartment implies rented.. condo are usually owned. Now I can have some English speaker person correct me. But is variable by area. Your English is just fine perfectly understandable. Anyone who complains rather than just correct lives a miserable life and has not been to a country where they are one struggling. To learn

I really enjoyed your walk with Sheffield in the forest. I spent 6 weeks with my granddaughter and her 2 daughters this summer. She also has a 8 month old black Labrador named Kobe. Kobe and I became good friends after he chewed 3 toothbrushes, my asthma inhaler, 2 hairbrushes among other things. He is so fast. How did you get through the puppy stage with Sheffield?

Beautiful walk thru the forest. It reminds me of walking thru the forest in Canada outside of Toronto. Now I am finally living in Temecula, California, different but beautiful too.
Valeria your English is nearly perfect. English speaking people do not speak perfect nor does anyone from any country speak their language perfect. We are all a product off the areas we grew up. Some people are too critical. I would like to hear this person speaking or see their writing. Negative people make me angry. No you have no worries. I love that Sheffie can roam off the leash. Love your walks with Sheffield. I had to put my two dogs down last year. Both had tumours which grew quickly and affected their walking and pain was hard. Keep up the good work.

I think your English is very good. We have no problem understanding anything you say. My teenager is learning Russian so we love when you add some Russian words like Bye in Russian at the end. The forest looks so relaxing to walk in and how fun to find the mushrooms.

Val your English is amazing. You have said in a previous video that in Russian schools they teach British English, not american. Though it is basically the same language there are many words that are different. Check out some vlogs of Laurence Brown's Lost in the Pond. Many of his vlogs are about the differences between British and American English.

Oh! @ 8:45 there is a nice supply of wood for drying for the winter next year 2022 for heating the dacha house. Remember to store it vertically so the tree resin sap will drain into the earth's soil. It will be nice to see the dacha house being used a wee bit more for year around celebrations and gatherings. I hope the dacha will have a convection microwave oven (микроволновая конвекционная печь) then you could bake and microwave food. There is a learning curve to using such ovens but once you get to know them they are great. Glass high heat microwavable dishes are best.

Valeria, do not worry about what others say. Your English is perfect! Much better than my Russian. As for flats and apartments it just depends where in the world a person is. In England I believe they are called flats but in the US they are apartments and they are the same thing. If you own your flat or apartment in the US then it is either a condo or a co-op. But generally they are all the same thing.

Here's more advanced that even natives aren't commonly familiar with...
A flat is a single level space in a residential building.
An apartment is a portion of a residential building.
An apartment could be a flat, and most often is, but might not be. A flat is always an apartment.
If the space is owned, it's a condo, but still an apartment. A flat is always rented.
Do not mean to throw confusion and arguement but "associatives" ???? AS ownership.

Your English is wonderful. If I were to ever correct it, I would only do it from the standpoint of something I think you would want to learn, but never in a negative manner...to help a friend. In America we call them apartments for the most part. I think in England and other European countries they call them flats. They are the same thing. Also, you do a great job speaking English. I admire people who can speak more than one language.
