Charmeleon, being one of my absolute favorite Pokémon, was always going to be good to see. Also I think the Side Special (grounded) is a Pokémon Stadium reference? Anyway, favorite. Zeraora was one of those that I thought might actually be an official Smash character, but I guess it didn't happen.

Using bayo's forward smash animation as a base for gengars fsmash is an interesting design choice. And i honestly think I prefer the effects used over the Mewtwo upsmash when on Gengar

It's funny how at the beginning of ultimate there was so much talk and memes of the assist trophies being finished as playable characters by modders, but 5 years later modders have mostly just done their own things. I think the only assist trophy to get the full moveset treatment has been Alucard.
Smash mods are genuinely kinda crazy these days. Fighting game mods I can always tell who the skin is over originally, but all of these took me a minute to figure out. They’re so cool.

But when it came to the battle, you actually CONTROl the pokemon you use(Like a smash bro fighter) using the 4 move set you have, and the surrounding area. Who would go for it?
Absolutely PHENOMENAL WORK brother!!! 👏 👏👏👏 I couldn't have imagined them with the level of depth and precision that you've accomplished here.... Each character looks amazing, sounds amazing, have very fluid movement/very diverse move-sets that incorporate each specific pokemons personality/natures. The fact that every single move is grounded/rooted into the identity of each pokemon, and only BLOSSOM more when seeing them used in tandem with one another, as if watching the Anime or playing one of the games. Honestly speechless and floored by your level of consistency, fluidity and overall approach seeing that you obviously respect where these characters are come from and the identity that each of them have developed over the decades by staying true to the source material and adding your own special artistic flair. You've definitely got some of that "special something" that people have clamored over for centuries. Never stop 🤙
Gengar is my favorite Pokémon character, and he's the #1 pokémon that should be added in the next Super Smash Bros game. I know he's considered to be a villain, but he's really a morally neutral character because it depends whether you have him on your team, and his mischievous nature isn't something you could hold against him too much because he just enjoys pulling pranks on others for fun.💜❤️👻
I've been playing 'Pokemon Mystery Dungeon RRT' on a smartphone emulator for 2 years. Before that interview, i had to make a save state, because i want to be a Charmander. It took me a couple of load states to become it. That game is my favorite and therefore, that's why my favorite Pokemon in this mod is Charmeleon.
These are the type of characters I wish that they would have added even like Alakazam would have been cool to see that need to start getting more creative with who they add into smash games like I would have loved to see Tails , Knuckles and Shadow enter in the game And Zero from MegaMan like bro there are so many tough characters they could have added or hopefully add into the next Smash
