    Thankyou so much. While I did it I could feel slight imbalances in all the cranial bones which made some crispy sounds as they I guess realigned, and then afterwards my chronic whiplash was pretty much completely resolved. Hope it sticks, but if not, it's so gentle that I guess there shouldn't be any issues doing it each day.

    That was wonderful! My chiropractor did a craniosacral therapy treatment on me and it worked wonders and I've been looking for a guide on how to do it myself. Now I have one, thanks so much xx

    Taking the time out to deepen my practice. Mantak Chia, the Taoist Inner Alchemy master, co-authored a book with instructor Joyce Thom called Craniosacral Chi Kung (Destiny Books, 2016) is my most recent guide. This video is a 5-star supplement ... perhaps the missing link in the subtle art alignment. Thank you so much!

    Would a cranio massage therapy machine be okay or a bit helpful for someone like myself if I can't get cranio massage for myself done my myself or by someone else to help release brain fluid from my brain. I am planning on buying a electro cranio massage therapy machine that fits right on the whole head an can do the massage itself

    Hi there 👋🏻 awesome video thank you so much! For clarity you do ALL of these exercises in the exact order you’ve explained correct? And this would be for rebalancing to get back into proper alignment if you’re not there correct? Lastly any other postural things to pay attention to while doing these exercises? Thanks again!

    • @DrNancyTrimboli
      @DrNancyTrimboli  5 лет назад +2

      Thanks for the question. You would do it as a "as needed" basis. It is recommend to do each step each time but the length of how long to hold is based on what is needed. It would be to help rebalance back into the proper alignment. Postural -wise, make sure you are sitting up straight or if you could lay as I mentioned in the video
