    Exercising your upper body and keeping it strong is important for those with Multiple Sclerosis. This exercise video will focus on performing an upper body CHEST PRESS using a resistance band/ theraband. This exercise is important because it will engage your postural stimulators and the balance and movement centers in your brain.
    This exercise will work on your:
    Pectorals (chest)
    Deltoids
    Triceps
    This exercise also stimulates your anterior chain including your neck flexors, abs, adductors and glutes. WOW!!!

    Whether you just received a multiple sclerosis diagnosis or have been previously diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, on a multiple sclerosis drug treatment plan, treating multiple sclerosis through HSCT or through diet changes exercise is extremely important and should also be in your toolbox for dealing with your multiple sclerosis diagnosis.     I'm going to try this when my home assistant comes. Probably have to have my back against the wall but this looks like a really good one. I've done it sitting before but standing sounds like a really good idea. Thanks for this one

      Any breathing exercise. They all work to strengthen your Intrinsic Kinetic Chain which includes pelvic floor
