- Welcome to Maine's first television show about Maine craft beer - Local Brew! Each episode features a different brewery where we learn the story behind the brew. If you love a good brew you've come to right place.
In our sixth episode, Matt Delamater heads to Oxbow Brewing Company in Newcastle Maine, where he gets a tour of their farm and woodlands from head brewer Mike Fava. He takes us to Oxbow’s annual Goods from the Woods event, where the brewery shares their love for beer with the people who love their beer. Then he helps brew a batch of their flagship beer, Farm House Pale Ale. After that he heads to Oxbow's blending and tasting room in Portland, Maine to learn how they blend their beers. He also sits down with Oxbow owner Tim Adams and Italian brewer Giovanni Compari to talk about two collaboration beers they brewed together. All this and more in this episode of Local Brew!

I really don't understand why this production(and all other LocalbrewTV videos) doesn't have many MANY more views on RUclips! Fantastic effort by host, and camera crew. I love the insider experience we get with these unique craft breweries! These productions are great for the industry and great for beer lovers to become more familiar with the Breweries they love. Keep up the great work!

Should you ever head to Vancouver, on the west coast of Canada, gives us a shout. We have great craft brewing scene here, much of which has popped up in what was the brewing area a hundred years ago, along Brewers Creek, from such the old breweries took their water. Sadly, the creek is no more. You could hit several in one day. Some are walking distance from each other.
We would love to see you.

localbrewtv a new brewery just opened in Manchester NH......Backyard Brewery and the head.....well only brewer is making some stand out beers. The food is fantastic too. Just opened tonight and I've already been there twice this week. Yep it's that good

A Hodge podge of beers. Belgian wit, saisson, American pale with baked pinnaple, ipa, ne ipa, porters, stouts, helles etc.
It was a really long wait, but worth it.

You got to go to Hill Farmstead Brewery and the Alchemist in Stowe VT. there is so many i could go on....like Fiddlehead Brewing Company or Switchback Brewing Co or Zero Gravity Brewery, Burlington Beer Company.
