Does not matter what exhaust you put in but you have to take it to dyno people to put the bike on dyno with a new ecu or power commander and remap. I have 8 motorbikes and each and every bike has been on dyno either with power commander or ECU Some of the ECU i have bought from America. I think the best exhaust which i use is ackrapovic , mivv ,gpr, SC. See if you dont take it to dyno it might be running on a high or lean fuel and that will damage your engine . It is expensive process but if you want fun you have to pay for it. Next tuesday i am taking my V4 tuono 1100 aprilia and that bike is producing 162 bhp at the back wheel but i am trying to ask the dyno man to get arround 170 bhp. So 170 bhp will be 200 bhp at the crank. Guys i live UK so i dont know where are these dyno guys in India. I am sure if you google it you will find them. If you put new exhaust you have to remap it.
