I can tell it's Siege because if the hammer but what surprises me is that she is dual wielding or something.
I don't think this is the end I think CH14 will set up for the finale which is CH15. The one thing that makes me fairly confident is the lack of Theresis in any of this art. I could 100% be wrong (and we'll find out in a few hours) but he's the big baddie for this Arc yet we dont have a single CG of us fighting against him. To me it looks like a lot of the smaller arcs will come to a climax (Siege being king, Hoederer and Manfred past, fighting the rest of the Royal Court, finally meeting "Theresa" etc.) but if I had to guess this chapter will end with Theresis unleashing the power of the Shard and us defeating him and dealing with the aftermath will be CH15.
