I love the courtyard part! Also love how this build has a small footprint, yet it has everything you need. I've been trying to build smaller. I tried some of your tiny house builds but then I end up adding more floors 😂

The peg board weapons rake can be merged into wallpaper, so you only see the weapon and not the board itself. (It's been awhile since I have done this, I have better weapons rakes now) You need to place it on wall after wallpaper and then pick it up and slowly push it back into the wallpaper. Works better on some walls then others. Walls where you can see the gap between wallpaper and the wall from the side are the best.

What's the point of doubling the walls? I'm a new player
It makes the structure tougher but it's mostly cosmetic. I am using 3 different wall styles and by double walling I can add wallpaper to both sides so they all look the same

Nice you should make a prison police station next don't think anyone done that

PLEASE can we have a build that doesn't involve catwalks? They aren't available to most newer players, and it's a massive turnoff to hear "you'll need something you don't have and can't get."
You don't actually need catwalks to do this build, I did say 5 mins into the video that there is a workaround and listed the video below, I also listed other videos where I've done other workarounds for catwalks
You can request them trouw Bethesda support if you have the atoms
The catwalks have actaully been in the atom shop a few times. As the previous comment said, you can also get them from the Bethesda support site.
