That's pretty good list. I could see that list doing pretty well in tournaments also. The changes that I would make is to give the plague priest a censer instead of additional hand weapons. You could then drop bands of power and save some points, and more importantly make him wysiwyg. I do like bands of power, but I usually use it for chieftain with battle standard combined with languisher sword. I would also drop tunneling team from gutter runners and use them as regular scouts, again saving some points and making them affect the game from turn 1 without the risk of cave-ins. For the saved points I would have a unit of verminkin to have some versitility. I also would add some rat ogres as the 4th special, not because they are good (because they are not) but because they are cool. I don't know what to cut to get points for them though. Kudos for paintig all these in three days. They look pretty good. When I speed-paint the results are not nearly as good as these are. Good work!
