I'm pretty sure it is a concept album like the last one was. The fallout from Spartacus and the third rebellion was long lasting in the empire and even influenced Marx so it would not be out of reason to see a song about Spartacus on the album.
You have to think though, Maybe they're a bit under budget to find a good enough Latin professor to consult. I dunno. I'm not Latin Expert. But I still say they're a great band.
