  • Myanmar's civil war has devastated the country’s healthcare system. Hospitals and clinics have been destroyed in the fighting. Blockades have prevented the delivery of life-saving medical supplies. And some reports estimate that more than 70% of healthcare workers have fled the country. Amid this crisis, medical missionaries are on the ground, relieving suffering in some of the hardest hit areas. Their work is not only filling the healthcare void, but also gaining an entrance for the good news of salvation in places once resistant to the gospel.
