The thing about these no name 4K units is they operate worst in 4K resolution. In fact many of them can't do better than 10 to 15 frames per second at this resolution. However the sweet spot seems to be around 1080P (Full HD) where 30 frames a second shows up fairly decently if you tripod mount them (rolling shutter is real here). Additionally, while they are pretty poor at video - I've seen a few that could capture surprisingly capable stills. One of them, despite being labeled 4K, was capable of taking still shots at 63 megapixel (9200 x 6900 DPI).
This brings me to a camera, SD Card for my SonyX53. This camera was a gift from my husband. I was a completely surprise gift, that I didn’t ask for. I appreciate it and really want to make the most of it, despite having no previous photography interest or use. Can u pls recommend an SD card large enough to hold 1000s of pics from a weekend tournament. I often forever to delete images off the card, and run out of space during games. Pls advise a card brand and size to use for my camera. Ty in advance. I appreciate your user friendly videos
Hello! Thanks for your comment and bringing your question to my attention. My favorite SD brand is SanDisk. Just like many other SD cards brands, they carry gigabytes of storage from 16-256 GB. For large amounts of storage I would suggest using a 64 GB SanDisk card, or 128 GB should work just fine. Thank you, I got this camera gifted to me to make videos with it and I hate it so bad! My iphone 12 pro max works MUCH better. I thought maybe I just didn't know enough about digital cameras (and I don't) but it seems that no amount of knowledge of cameras is going to make this a good camera for me.
