Was going through an old magazine just now and found some tips for this game, I remember reading more about it here and there but never saw it, I'm actually seeing it here for the first time and the texture work and art direction in general do look _amazing_ Also, nice story of the day of your purchase of the game, I remember when I was a kid and then a teenager, my parents would take me to this pizza place where they had this "kids area", which among other things had like 4 PSones with some small TVs, I'd always bring some of my games and my memory card and play them there to show my games off to the other kids lol

I still have my old physical copy sitting on my shelf to this day. Absolute gem of a game.
reminds me of syphon filter game play, I loved the movement of characters. Because it felt more natural than Resident Evil and Tomb Raider
I loved this game, it really needs a part 2. Such a solid game and as iconic as mgs to me. A truly underrated ps1 gem

I used to play this when i was 6, now i'm 25 boy this game is surely top 10 best PS1 Games
I used to play this game so much when i was a kid. Not the best game compared to some others but still good nonetheless and such a great atmosphere.
Nice review buddy, i remember playing this, i dont think i beat it. It always reminded me of syphon filter at least the visuals did
This was done by the team that did Medieval, another great PS1 classic.
Remember this gem. The climbing is so Soul Reaver like.
I'm sure we'll get this as PS classic sooner or later
I bet this game would look more PS2 if you were playing on a PS2 with texture smoothing turned on.
