That was a good description for those brushes. The evergreen are becoming my favorite. They have a softnes about them and the way they lay the paint. The long filberts anf flats hold lots of paint. His set is priced well. The filbert and flats assortment sets were helpful in finding the nature of the various types rosemary offers. Great videos. Keep it up!
If I painted like you Mark I WOULD have a happy life as a painter...thankyou for telling us about your Rosemary & Co brushes. I heard you talking about them in your podcast with Andrew Tischler.. did you remember to send him some as you promised? :) Has he sent you some of his yet too? I am so glad to see you holding your brushes half way down the handle and not holding it by the tip as pretentious painters tend to do ("because its the proper way to hold a brush they say")..personally I don't see how anyone has control of their brush especially for the finer details if the brush is dangling from your fingertips... ********BTW Mark I didn't realise you were so tall, no wonder you have back troubles with the size of your paintings.. have you ever thought of wearing a back brace?? (**Rosemary & Co If Mark wont see this message please pass on the tip about the back-brace to him...)
Any chance you will get it resolved so I can order them here in the states? Love your brushes but it is sad that I can't get them in my part of the world.
We can ship all of our brushes to the USA. The only ones you may have an issue with are the Kolinsky Sable, but in truth we can now ship those to our distributors so you shouldn't have any issues getting hold of our brushes now. This set doesn't have any Kolinsky Sable in there so you can order direct if you wish? Kind wishes, Symi
This is kinda funny cause I've seen him use Blick scholastic brushes almost exclusively prior to this - he'd buy in bulk and not really bother cleaning them, using them as cheap expendables. No artist is going to turn down a Rosemary and Co sponsorship though, they do make fantastic brushes and I'm sure Mark uses them too.

I'm pleased you enjoyed the video! We are working on more all the time! :)
