Maybe thats why yugioh isnt so popular, you have a 500$ deck and you lose to a 20$ necrovalley,blue eyes,lightsworn deck

Not sure you are correct about that Dark Sage bit. The XBOX game released in March 2004, and DB1 came out later that year in October 2004.
