This is original recipe you need some roast rice powder but some people just don’t put because they think whatever recipe tell on the package they go from there. If you put roasted rice powder it’s boost up the flavor and speed up the sourness

M X shouldn’t be any liquid at all. Either you drain out all water from pork skin or you may have less than what it said in the recipe. When you make this it has to be firm in the tray then after it fermented changed color you then wrap individual
M X you will have a high risk of food poisoning. You will have bloating stomach and diarrhea plus you might end up in the hospital. This is very high risk and please DO NOT eat.
