Being legit here. I was doing the festival event where I had to get both Razor and Bennet out of the cage. I didn't know I started Razor's character quest as I thought it was part of the quest event, and I was like, "Um... why would someone make a trap and built a mechanism to released far from the Temple?" Until after the slimes fight, Razor came out of no where and saved me and I got so confused even more. I was thinking, "Razor! How did you get out of the cage?!" Then it hit me that I'm on Razor's character quest.

Good luck on Xiao. Zhongli is coming back and he was buffed. There's no reason for Mihoyo not to rerun banners since it will earn them more money without costing them more plus they listen to the fans and they know most of us don't have all these characters.
