I'm sorry but there was not an application or an explanation of this poomsae in this video. Application means application in self defence (what is the purpose of the poomsae) not explaining different movements

*Hello but since when it said application and it said Explantion which means how to do proper execution* *and the purpose of it was to learn the properties of strength in your technique as this poomsei shows that any techniques must have proper strength and speed*
