@@jshskylark Jup same. Loneliness in a way of ''will i ever have something like this''. I mean just imagine dancing to that song with your loved one. Arcane made me cry more in 2 seasons, than any other show i've watched combined 😅Such a masterpiece.
The fact that it was drawn in 4 FPS to signify a memory that Ekko will relive over and over again was another amazing touch to that scene. This fn show...
This is my favorite episode of the whole series. Also from a writing standpoint a stellar example of a "bottle episode". All those questions we have had for the last 6 episodes, many of them are answered or explained here. The weight of this episode is crushing because we know where it leads (for Jayce) and its heartbreaking. But what Ekko experiences gives us hope for him. One of my favorite little tidbits is the dance sequence with Powder and Ekko was animated at 4fps, as a nod to Ekko's Chronobreak ability (being able to go back in time 4 seconds). A fun bit for both watchers of the series and those who play the game as well.
Zaun went a good way for 2 reasons in my opinion. 1st, Heimerdinger managed a lot during the 3 years (he said by himself) he arrived before Ekko. 2nd, Silco has read the letter from Vander.
@mullworm 3 marcus (and maybe the council) got to see what the undercity had to do to survive, and the dangers and costs (Vi's life) associated with it.
26:11 It's virtually impossible to catch without pausing but the pendant that Ekko gave Powder, when spinning, forms the image of a blue rose with Powder and Ekko's faces in it facing opposite directions. Blue roses are impossible in nature and so are sometimes used as a symbol of an impossible love / connection and/or one that is just out of reach. 🥺🥺
As others have said, Blue Eye Samurai is great. One of my favorite shows in recent years is Andor. You don’t need to be a Star Wars fan or even know anything about that universe to enjoy it. Such an amazing show. It’s not anime, though
this is definitely my favorite episode of the season, it's so beautiful 🥺🥰 I loved seeing Ekko and Powder (Jinx) so happy together 💞💚💙they are so cute , at least in that universe they got their happy ending , and that song ma meilleure ennemie is perfect 😍 this episode made me feel such a magical feeling, happy and sad at the same time
I think my favorite sentiment for this episode is that Jayce had to crawl out of Hell to get home, and Ekko had to give up Heaven. Episode is a beautiful dichotomy, and flows so smoothly from the last "two sides of every coin" episode. Certainly one of the best stand alone episodes in the series.
the 'tip' she's talking about is the job to rob Jayce in the first place, Vander was never taken in this world because they got caught in that job and Silco never had an opportunity to turn Vander in. Presumably something about that leads to Silco and Vander making up and things all go different.
It's especially gut wrenching seeing how much of a sweetheart AU Powder was. In the life she deserved. It really speaks volumes to the overwhelming damage trauma caused Jinx
If you like vampire shows, the classic is Buffy, the Vampire Slayer. It's a pretty old show at this point, so it might take some getting used to, but it's got a pretty devoted fanbase that loves reaction videos. As for anime, I'd love to see a reaction to Chainsaw Man. Also, and this is a more controversial pick, but Citrus.
love your reactions. you seem like a really thoughtful, open minded and nice person. Keep it up! Wish you all the best. Dont forget to press the bell icon folks.
Well, there you are on the last act already. It's going down! This episode feels different to me to most Arcane episodes. It's an almost constant sense of anxiety (for Jayce) and heartthrob (for Ekko) throughout, not 'just' some particularly impactful emotional moments as in most episodes. Not my words, but rather fitting: Jayce had the strength to escape hell, Ekko had the strength to leave heaven. Since you asked for Anime recommendations: I might show my age here, but you will never go wrong with Cowboy Bebop. It's 27 years old now and is still one of the best Anime ever. It's an easy watch, since it's mostly episodic (Only 26 episodes as well) and has an excellent English dub (quite rare for Anime). Anyway, have a good one!
Yeah, while a lot of people have already pointed out all the 4-frames-per-second references this episode, what I haven't seen mentioned (yet) is that if you go back to S1 Ep7, and measure how much time it takes for Ekko to reach Jinx in their fight (post-music video), it's also (almost exactly) 4 seconds (they've been wanting to give him time powers for a while now, huh?) On the topic of League cinematics, I'd absolutely recommend watching Bite Marks (Mel stuff), Get Jinxed (because of course), Warriors (which also features several character who aren't from Piltover/Zaun), along with the champion teasers of Warwick (The Wrath of Zaun), and Ekko's: Seconds (with all these in whatever order you prefer). You can also watch Annie: Origins and The Curse of the Sad Mummy, as neither of these require a massive deep dive into League's lore. And finally on my show recommendation (buckle up, this'll be a loooong section), I'd actually like to suggest a series which that I don't think anyone else would recommend to you (not cos it isn't good, but because they just don't know it exists lol), which is a show called Infinity Train (let me give you a quick tl;dr)! It's this animated sci-fi-comedy-action-horror-drama (produced by and for Cartoon Network originally), taking place on an infinite train, where every train car is like a mini pocket universe (the cars can literally range from a kingdom full of corgies, to a fart car, where everything is just a fart…). It's got 4 seasons, with 10 episodes each season, and every episode being about 11 minutes long (as per western cartoon standards), making it so that you can basically finish a season in a little under 2 hours (or, if you'd like, you can also take your time inbetween episodes, and get through the season at your own pace). Fair warning though, the show does get pretty dark at times (especially in season 3), and was also prematurally canceled by the studio making it (after season 4), leaving a number of loose ends in the show's story that may, or may never be answered/resolved (depending on whether or not the show ever gets picked up again). So yeah, there you have it! A unique show, intended for teens/young adults, with a 1980's-eque synthwave soundtrack, a tonne of characters to love, (quite a few to hate), and a LOT of moments to cry about, so I think you'd enjoy it a lot! :)
It is never explained, but I presume Jayce was also killed in the explosion in his lab, which started the healing process between piltover and Saun. Victor sadly most probably passed away from his illness. I actually really like how this is never explained, but that is my 2 cents. I have seen some comments say that Jayce never got hold of the gem stones, but that is obviously not true cos of the explosion. We have no idea of Caitlyn also didn't make it. I kind of love that this is all up to interpretation. I have watched Arcane now countless times, and the couple of shots of Powder holding Vi's body are by FAR the hardest moments for me to rewatch. I love and HATE the fact they showed that XD Great reaction! This one serves as a bit of a break from the main story in a way, but is definitely one of the best episodes. Now... On to the final two.... 0_0
If Jayce didn't die in the explosion, he likely got thrown in prison especially if something happened to Caitlyn. Viktor probably just eventually died of his disease.
Or he got exiled from Piltover when the judgment before the council happened: after all, this time his unauthorized research caused the death of a child.
@@leovk5779 I doubt they'd risk letting him go elsewhere and continuing his work, but you never know. I think Vi's death is what help bring Zaun and Piltover together. Then Hiemerdinger's interference the last 3 years helping even more

Game of thrones is really great.
You should listen to the Amazon prime fallout show! It’s only eight episodes.
You should watch Cyberpunk Edgerunners
If you haven't seen Owl House then i suggest Owl House
Yes!
I suggest Demon Slayer if You haven't seen it. It's peak animation.
You should watch Fairy Tail, its my favorite anime series. Attack on Titan is pretty good also.
Hunter x Hunter and Demon Slayer
I don't know if you deleted my post or yt deleted (sometimes it stupidly does that) but I sent over a great list of recommendations' of shows and movies to your yahoo email. Let me know if ya get the email or not.

Someone told me the dance was animated at 4 frames per second because ekko keeps rewinding to "stay in one moment". I also think this is why he says can we pretend its the first time? Bro already kissed her lol.
Watch Buffy rather than Supernatural: way better show and nicer fans ;)
Please watch Frieren
