the new camera is definitely better. i mention this in relation to a post from an earlier response vid in which some1 mentioned your crying-- @ the time i knew it was camera or lights or both. too much flare flattened the image and made it appear like you had infinite control over your tears. also, i hope you finish and comment on the rest of final season. out of all the Arcane responders, you are top of the list. i am watching the series for second time after seeing a response vid by @carmenelainee of s2 e6. i watch an episode, then i watch a number of responses to the same episode. has given me a lot of insight, plus many of the responders see things i never saw-- like in the scene where Silco meets the other bosses in the greenhouse... i was so focused on the character interactions i didn't notice anything else (ty Cara, @CaraPrez.)

Small bit about the scene with singed and Caitlyn. The “camera” lingers on Caitlyn’s face and you can see the turmoil on her face. Unfortunately recognizing she has something in common w singed. Doing things others consider unspeakable and justifying it with love. Just thought it was an interesting way to have a mirror held up to Caitlyn.

And, if you wanna cry even more, here's a detail (that I don't think anyone else has mentioned to you yet)! You know the whole flashback scene with young Silco, where his hair thingy kinda looks like Jinx's ? Yeah, so it sortof mini-reveal that most likely, in all the time they've spent together, Silco was probably the one doing Jinx's hair back in S1 (or at the very least suggested this hairstyle to her), which is just crazy :D Also, another little detail that I really appreciate (and is also very easy to miss), is that when Singed has his whole talk with Ambessa in the cell, at the end, he isn't just talking about Warwick (if you really think about it), he's also kinda talking about himself! "He isn't a monster. He was once a man. Well respected, at that. Victim of a great tragedy...." Of course, the whole "I was about to make strides impossible with any other specimen" doesn't apply to him anymore, but it draws quite an unexpected parallel between their stories :D

Sometimes Season 2 episodes fall flat after they've had the bar set way to high with Season 1; but IMO, Season 2 of Arcane not only reached that bar, but exceeded it.

Singed's comment about people doing horrible things out of love was particularly impactful for Caitlyn. Here, she viewed Singed as a monster for the things he did and yet, he willingly did so in the hopes of bringing someone he loved back. With herself, it isn't even going to achieve that. So, if he's a monster, what does that make her?

22:30 I feel this whole scene is especially powerful when seen from Jinx's story. All her life, she has believed that people close to her always die and that she's to blame. That she is a jinx and that she always breaks everything. And all that stemmed from when she blew up her entire family. Except now, Vander is actually still alive. Meaning, Jinx didn't break _everything_ that fateful night. Sure, she still broke 99% but that's not 100%. And that 1% makes all the difference as far as how Jinx sees herself.

why does it take so long to release the other episode?

Alright, aaaalright, ALRIGHT. First of all, it's kinda hard focusing on the story when you're so dang charming. Just sayin. Secondly, you're going about this the right way when summarizing your thoughts in the end instead of talking too much in between scenes as so many do. Thirdly, hurply, derply, I love you acknowledging the music and how it enforces the emotional depth in scenes, the soundtrack for this show truly is something else; can't wait to see you experience what's to come in that regard. Also, you're very observant in what characters say and how it relates to their persona and development. Good stuff. Keep on keeping on <3

Girl, if we were to watch this show together, between the two of use we would have went through two packs of 16 rolls of 3-ply paper tissues :)). Mid 40's grown ass men here, watched the show three times and still haven't gotten over it. If Spotify randomly pops up certain tracks from the OST while I'm driving I have to skip or I don't see where I'm driving.

In the outro you mentioned the music for both the Warwick battle as well as the moment where the Jinxers touch Jinx's shoulder -- did you notice it was the same theme? Both are variations of The Bridge theme, which is used all over both seasons (mostly in relation to JInx because it's the melody Powder sang in the season 1 cold open). Obviously the Warwick variation was much more chaotic and dissonant but it's still the same theme.

Appreciated the spoiler warning for TLOU2. Don't have a PS so never played it (may be waiting until the heat death of the universe for a PC port on that one given the lambasting Naughty Dog took on the port of the first game) but definitely want to go into season 2 unspoiled. :)
