When the cops found the bodies chris was outside. They suspected him immediately. The Sgt. told another officer (referring to chris) "this might be our guy- limit what we tell him". The cop went outside and told him they were all dead. He never asked how they died.

Not a good liar. "I called her to wake her up and she didn't answer." Then he say's "of course not." Meaning because she was already dead. How did he know that she was already dead when he called the first time? She could have been in the bathroom or something and killed later. According to his story, he does not know exactly when she was killed, yet he say's "of course she didn't answer the first time I called."

My thing that basically screams guilty to me is the fact that he called for a welfare check while he was at the gym indicating that he wanted them to be found. If he’s just at the gym and they were Alive when he left then why would he call the cops so fast , she coulda been showering , or cleaning , or outside. Why would your first instinct be to call the cops . That’s super sus as soon as I heard that I knew he was guilty. And the fact he is a grown man whining like that in a situation like this is very cowardly. It’s always the less then smart people who end up doing this to their family

If I had a child, and they passed, I don't doubt for a sec that those horrific feelings would wash over me immediately. Did you catch what he said...she didn’t answer, of course.” The “of course”, unless I am mistaken, was a slip because he did call her but knew she wouldn’t answer, because, of course, he knew she was dead. Also he isnt wondering how they died or how the perp got inside...he stresses instead how many times he texted and called her. I dont have to be a detective to know he done it.

I did hear that too, but i wonder if he was saying "of course" knowing at the point of interview, she was no longer alive.
Not asking how they died is a given reminds me of Chris Watts. In fact, when asked to describe ways of killing someone he (CW) did not mention strangling, which is a technique used by Law Enforcement. Murderers tend not to mention their method of killing when confronted.

The next interrogation the clock reads after 2pm.and that white blanket is no longer covering his arms as by now, they've already addressed the scratches on his arms and he's no longer having to hide them.

Why is it now that when you are successful you get hated on? That's what America IS ABOUT!! Being able to build your own empire and prosper financially. Everyone who gives to Joyce Meyer supports her ministry work and most of the money that she makes is from her personal books. She has been blessed because she blesses others. Stop hating on other people and them prospering just because you aren't going anywhere in life. Its easy to hate, its harder to be happy for someone when your miserable!

BluOp he did not get death. The state of Illinois was in the process of repealing the death penalty during his trial. Even though he was convicted on the anniversary of the murders, 5 May, and the law wouldn't go in to affect until 1 July, the Governor made it clear that anyone sentenced to death would be overturned to life, so the judge didn't bother sentencing him to death. Chris decided to let the judge pick his punishment over the jury.

All these cases of people that seem to be normal, happily married and they just snap...what can go so sideways in your life that a person could kill, especially their own children?? They all seem to have a couple things in common, indefinitely and wanting to start a new life without the pressures and stress of the old worn out love and stress that comes along with being a parent!! I think that the majority of these people were self centered, all about #1 before they got married and had children. They get to longing for that freedom again. No matter the hatred that one may build for their partner and no Matter how much they long to not be tied down with family life, how can they be so cold as to murder a person that they once loved much less their own children?? Because they have always cared more about themselves, that’s my opinion.

4:08 What a friggin' weird time to giggle. And not because he giggled during his family's murder investigation. There wasn't even anything remotely funny that was said. Just a strange dude period.

I have only seen some of this case yet, but I heard him on the phone with a reporter or TV host and he still claims he is innocent. That is why I'm asking here, I'm sure some of you guys know much more about this, is there no tiny little chance, he maybe is innocent? When I see those precious little boys and their mom, god, who can do such a horrible and cruel act. And he is the father, how could he........?

None. It's worth reading up on to get the whole picture though. These videos are a good start, a few hours after the murders. As soon as you find out he called his new cop neighbour to check on his house as his wife didn't answer his txts/call (6.30am, he was at the gym) a guy he'd never acknowledged a friendly wave from - you know immediately there's something wrong. The same cop neighbour called backup, they went in and found the family. Coleman arrived back from the gym, was asked to wait outside by other cops now on scene. When told they were dead, he sobbed. Didn't question how they died. Major red flag for cops right from the off.

Thejimsgirlful Yes you're right. I have watched more about it, about his affair, the writings on the walls and of course the "not even asking how it happened", pushes major guilt in his direction. What do you mean, "a guy that never gave him a friendly word" did the cop not like him, I mean generally? What is also weird, Coleman asking for a blanket, when they interview him, even though the room is over heated, as the cops say. I believe he was trying to cover revealing scratch marks, like the cops assumed.

I didn't word that so well. Barlow (the cop) had not long moved into the same neighbourhood. He and his wife said hi waved over to Coleman a few times, but got blanked each time. He was surprised and delighted to find Sheri had come over with a card to welcome them to the neighbourhood. When he thanked her, he couldn't get away with how friendly she was. With the benefit of hindsight, Coleman was probably spooked that Barlow was a cop.
Yeah I'm pretty sure that was the reason for the blanket.
He obviously thought he was smarter than the police, as a lot of socio/psychopaths do. He'd already said 'how did that get there' (re the marks) when he was in the ambulance with Peters. He must've thought the police put Peters in there with him for the company. ;-)

He was laughing. He strangled his own boys and wife. What a cold hearted monster. But according to Christianity all he has to do is ask God to forgive him and he goes to heaven to be with his boys. If his wife was not born again she went to hell. Religion is some crazy shit.

There is no God and Jesus isn't coming back! Every generation from the inception of God has been claiming Jesus is coming back and never does. I know your kind dismisses evidence but wake up he's dead just like all of them.
