Well this is a great stove for 13 months . One month out of warranty and the main control board shorted out and when it did it cracked the glass top, luckily I have a home warranty that will cover the cost, around $800-$1000. Finding the replacement control board was easy - but finding the glass top has become a joke. I can't find it anywhere, NOBODY can provide me with a part number. Samsung support gave me a part number, but Samsung Parts tells me that part # is wrong. The parts department will ship me the part for $300 not including shipping and wouldn't give me a shipping quote, but they would not provide me with a picture or a part number so I can verify its correct before spending over $300 to get it shipped. How do I know who's correct - the manufacturer or the parts department (which is just an authorized dealer for samsung). Any chance you know what the part number is for the ne63T8911ss/aa range glass top

Did you end up buying anyof them? Considering from these two.
I have the newer model NE63T8711SS and when you turn it off it doesn't cool down. Can you make a video on shutting it off and forcing it to cool down.
