The majority of new homes in Summerlin West next to the 215 are basic, cookie-cutter homes no different than the ones in neighboring communities. You only get variation in villages higher up whereas the smaller homes/condos are just flat-out ugly :(
The three level home trend outside of Toll Brothers townhomes don’t look the greatest imo. So I get your point. As you go back towards the mountains we should see more one level homes.
