- Leanne visited us from Dubai because, although she had a perfect bite, she was unhappy with her profile, which presented with lower third retrusion and a lack of soft tissue support.

Can you symmetrize a jaw angle during a bimax?
On of my jaw angles is much more pronounced than the other and I'm afraid the bimax will only accentuate the asymmetry.

Can you perform Bimax in just 60 Minutes or does it take longer? I once almost died during anesthesia so I want the time to be as short as possible.

Do you guys accept revision patients? If someone previously had jaw surgery but they don't like the results, would Dr Hernandez-Alfaro take them in for a revision/further correction surgery?

For the CCW rotation and advacement of the jaw like she had, is grafting compulsory all the case?
We only do grafting in very specific cases, in most cases we use hydroxyapatite to fill the gaps.

@@YuniKim-ky9yc yes, in smaller gaps there's no need to fill, as the bone eventually regenerates to fill them.

She did use them some years ago, but not for the surgery
She was attractive before. She looks good now too - just a different look. Her nose didn’t seem to be as big as she had imagined it to be.
