This noise sandwich is great for focusing at work, studying, and even getting to sleep. It works best when your speakers have a wide range with a subwoofer or a pair of headphones but this noise one has also been equalized to work with many phones and tablets to some degree. Also great for aiding in meditations and in drowning out other annoying noises that may be in your current environment.

I was talking to my EMDR therapist about this a few years ago & I realized that the reason I'm drawn to this is that it sounds like the womb. I have prenatal trauma from the stress of my mother while pregnant to my alcoholic father, & hearing their violent-sounding, chaotic interactions while in the womb. Our brains develop the capacity to store longterm memories at around 6 months after conception. Once I began healing the damaged neural networks in EMDR, I was drawn to this specific sound, as a way to calm myself and feel a sense of security and comfort. I've played this sounds dozens of times & it always helps.

That's sad and I'm sorry you've had to deal with that, but it's also fascinating from the standpoint of what our brains do

Not me shifting from one noise to other after every few months.
This is softer than deep layered brown noise, once I believed nothing could beat it.

This is the exact same tenor as my husband's snoring. I love it. This video prevented a divorce. 😂
