You like Brown Noise? Their early work was a little too new wave for my taste. But when Deep Brown Noise came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. It's been compared to White Noise, but I think Brown has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor. In '87, Brown released this; 432hz Deep Brown Noise in HD Stereo ( 1 Hour ); their most accomplished album. So catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity and the importance of trends. It's also a personal statement about the band itself.
Brings to mind big WWII bomber aircraft, (which I've heard at airshows), with each radial engines' unique but close mhz sound blending into a deep drone with a little 'chop' to make it fuzzy. Very nice.
This is the most bullshit I've ever smelled in my life. The noise is very good but the "tuned to 432hz" means absolutely nothing. In order to be "tuned" to a frequency a sound has to have a pitch but the whole point of "noise" is equal volume at all pitches. Noise is literally just every pitch at once, so to say it's "tuned to 432 hz" is a nothing statement. 9/10 noise though would listen again
@@1u8taheb6 Noise can't be tuned to 432Hz. To tune something to a specific frequency, it needs to have a base frequency (and optionally overtones all in a certain mathematical relationship to that base). But if you look at the frequency spectrum of noise, it's just many frequencies spread out in no relation to each other. That's the definition of noise. You can filter or pitch it to be in different frequency *ranges* (e.g. from 200Hz - 1000Hz), which is the difference between white, pink, brown etc. But claiming your noise is "tuned" to 432Hz makes absolutely no sense. It doesn't have a fundamental frequency to tune, so there is no tuning that you could measure.
432 Hz is a tone, and a tone is is the opposite of noise. Noise is the absence of tone. This is misleading nonsense by somebody who doesn't understand for other people who don't understand.
