(I kept calling this HNPD, but it's HPND.)
This thing surprised me in a good way. I've never really been impressed by anything Titan has put out in the past but I actually think this serves its purpose well, even with it's compromises. Titan's fit and finish has come a long way.

I don’t really get what the arms are for. I agree they seem awkward when doing a ghd situp, my arms would hit it. Seems like an unnecessary cost to include in the product.
Edit: Nevermind, should have kept watching. Didn’t know this was also a reverse hyper! Great review.

Correct me if I'm wrong but at 5:38 you did a very good and very capable glute ham developer (GHD). All it looks like it needs is the round portion of the knee pad to be rounder and softer.
A glute ham raise is a static movement that is mostly hamstring doing all the work and the glutes are locked in one position. It's the one that uses the flat platform on your knees. Maybe I'm wrong.

thinking about getting this, and that length restriction on the GHD part is good to know, especially since I’m about your height. I find that weird that it doesn’t go any shorter.

You can flip the foot plate assembly around and put the plate shaft like 6" closer to the pad.

I am interested in this piece of equipment. However, what is the height from the floor to the top of the pad? I want to buy this but my basement is only 79 inches high. So I'm not sure if the GHD portion could be done in my basement? Thank you

It's fine if you needed both and didn't have the space for both. Works better as a hyper than GHD though.

I had a T3 with the rack mounted Reverse Hyper for a couple years as my first rack. The reverse hyper was great. Very stable being on the rack. I did not like how much it eliminates that entire side of the rack. If you wanted to reverse hyper and you wanted to save space and you don’t want the scout hyper from rogue and then I would totally recommend the rackmounted option.
