Come along with us as we make our way from Anglesea in North Wales to Cardiff in South Wales, approximately 200 miles raising money for mental health as we go.
On this challenge we tackle the heat, the mountains, the rain and he BLISTERS!
It has been one of our favourite challenges ever and the amount of support we got during the whole time we were pushing was incredible. Thank you to everyone that came out come rain or shine, brought us treats to keep us going and donated to the cause.
Our initial goal was to raise £15,000 but we've already passed that and we couldn't be happier!
All funds raised will go directly to Bigmoose to help towards counselling sessions for people struggling with their mental health.

Lee has been heavy on my mind the past couple weeks. Today i have watched 3 diff videos where she has been talked about and remembered. I hope she knows how much she is loved and missed. My heart breaks for her family and friends.

Everything about this is so heart warming. From the cause, to honoring Lee to Gary tending after you two. It’s all just lovely. Loved the moment where Gary kissed Aimee on the shoulder. Sometimes we need those little kind gestures to keep us going.

This challenge is actually such a perfect picture of the struggle of mental health and the importance of community (and family). When one of you couldn't go any longer you pushed for the other. You had community come along side you when times got hard to keep you going. Mental health has it's ups and downs. While you may have not intended for it to be it is a beautiful picture. Keep on inspiring others.

All the way through I've been loving the bin as the 'thing' early on Amy was pushing and Craig 'helped' with one finger and I thought that's how it can feel when your struggling, that sharing your struggle doesn't get much help...
But then for the rest of the video sharing the burden, taking it in turns to struggle through, strangers lightening the load

Guys… this is just so emotional and inspiring at the same time. I struggled so much with my mental health, I’ve been anorexic, depressed, and anxious, had panic attacks and was afraid to do anything. On the height of my issues I couldn’t leave my bedroom really… I did get out of it but I still remember how it is. Thank you guys for doing this!

I’m from Wales(Bala) and haven’t seen some parts of the country in so long since I moved to Atlanta. When we went back after moving to the states my family always traveled around the country for adventures, but we mainly traveled round North Wales. Seeing some of South Wales was like a blast from the past.
And I’ll never get tired of seeing the coastlines of Wales. Reminds me of warm days in Tywyn on the beach and having honey ice cream at Holgates.
What amazing humans you are! I can’t believe how hard you are pushing yourselves and what a massive impact you are having about something so important. And all with a smile on your faces! Incredible!
Way to go guys! You both have had such a positive impact in so many peoples lives, especially my own. This year has been the hardest year in my journey with fibromyalgia and my depression and anxiety have been on a whole new level that I never thought was possible. Seeing you guys take on new challenges is truly a refreshing and vital part of this community that you e built. Thanks for taking this challenge on for all of us 💜

Ever since I was brought over from Eamon and Bec's channel, I had a blast binge watching all of your videos from the Mongol Rally 2018 to Van Life Europe; Scotland Van Life to Skillympics; Morocco Road Trip to Wheelie Bin Challenge. I laughed at many of your jokes, and I cried multiple times with the parting of the rescued dogs from Morocco to UK; and Lee's name on the wheelie bin...
I was diagnosed with Machado Joseph Disease about 15 years ago, and recently it had gone worse, so my balance had deteriorated to the degree that I have moved back to my mum's place.
Your videos are so inspiring and I am blaming myself for not discovering you guys anytime sooner. I am grateful to find you guys so that I can live through your videos.

Well done for doing this! Mental health is real and so many people struggle.. I am my husbands full time carer as he suffers from PTSD, anxiety with attacks and depression after we lost our 3 year old son. So I thank you for doing this ❤
You guys are amazing! You prove time and time again you can do hard things no matter what. This is my little neighbor girls story. She just finished an epic walk and shes only 11. Laneah is an 11 year old girl who decided after her parents wouldn't just drop everything to drive her to her cousins house that she would train so she could just walk there. She walked from Idaho Falls, Idaho to Grantsville, Utah (251 miles) to visit her cousins. Her dad, Jean-Michel, walked with her.
As they have been training they have decided to walk and raise money for a couple causes close to their hearts. Jean-Michel will be walking for Fatherhood being an active part of your kids lives and Laneah will be walking for Cancer research (in honor of her aunt we lost earlier this year) and Cerebral Palsy research (in honor of her sweet cousin).
They averaged 20 to 25 miles a day.
I'm all congested right now and when Aimee was singing to the cows I started laughing and which made me start coughing. 😆

As a caretaker, I keep neglecting myself. It is easy to focus always on caring for a loved one all of the time, but that takes a toll on the health! Great fun video!
