You have two main options: MAINS FEED - in which case you will need to run a pipe from you mains supply and another from the base of the unit into your waste water or RECIRCULATING - for this you will need a pumpto deliver water to the top and a reservoir at the bottom to store water. While a more basic option is to use a pump spray to hand water and a bucket below to catch any waste water.
@@hytexukltd Thanks for response :) okay, if i would use a small (aquarium-)pump in the reservoir it would deliver to the top and flow back to the reservoir. i assume, the size is variable and defined by natural multiplier of elements? sounds interessting, how much would an element cost. ( i think about two strips of green wall 2,5x 1-1,2m)

It wouldn't be hard to hide though, and with an Arduino kit you could add some wonderful LED lighting and put moisture sensors in each pot to monitor the watering which could also be automated fairly easily.
