Me too!😂😂
Tour victory for Jonas. What a tour👏👏👏👏
Mad props for pronouncing Vingegaard correctly! :)
Jonas worked in fish factory (which is cool dont get me wrong) and becomes this by literally chasing the dream!
LOL cool story bro
@@tonyg3091 Maybe that's why this performance seems fishy, LOL! 😂😂😂
Amazing by Jonas. A great ride by Pog but you have to wonder how demoralising today must be mentally; to have topped WVA on a TT handily and then be absolutely crushed by your main rival. Would really put questions into Pog's head about whether he can brak him enough to regain that time!
Today is the most defeated I have ever seen Tadej. He knew that he gave it all he had, but yet Jonas is still that much better. They are both such amazing athletes.
That is the importance of a great team Around the captain. JVT has so much great riders that protected JV stamine over all the previous stages, and today Jonas, by himself, was able give everything to reach a historical TT. On the other hand, pogaca have already shown some weakness in his legs, probably due to the massive effort in the previous sections with low-accurate protection of his team
Vingegaard put a stamp of authority on that one. Daddy Jonas is in the house kids. Bam! We'll see, if he can hang on to the end. I hope he can do it.
Simply put: W o W !!
I so hope they're all clean. That would make this an amazing Tour. I haven't been this charged since watching Lemond beat Fignon by 8 seconds in '89.
one word........ Incredible !
Crazy stage! But for everyone screaming "Doping" right now: Pogacar did shit like this to the entire peloton too in 2020 and 2021
No he didn’t 😂 This is levels above anything from 2020,2021. Levels
99% of the people screaming doping don't even know what blood doping is. 😂
The logic seems to be that if anyone beats Pogi they must be juiced because Pogi is supposed to be the best and he is of course not juiced.
@@princeandrew5430 Really? Did you see his climbing performances at the Tour those years? He legit started climbs 4mins behind the break and then just soloed vs every GC contender and the breakaway up the entire climb. But now that he has found his match in another incredible athlete its doping?
@@mrsewe417 You have so much faith in your own comment that you use your dummy account to like it.
If you can watch the whole race from the top 5 riders. JV was attacking every corner, accelerating hard out of every corner, descending so fast. Truely amazing display. Haven't seen time gaps between riders like that since Miguel Indurain
1992 TdF Luxembourg ITT stage. 3 minutes over second place finisher.😮
All I can say is wow!
So proud of you Jonas 🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰
We are the Vikings…resistance is futile ⚔️..well today never know about tomorrow thoug 😂
The Vikings were very good with magic and potions. I doff my cap 🧢
@@mrichards55 Jumbo can’t even get Jonas to drink Ketones as the rest of the cycling bunch..so only magic potion 🧪 is his Viking Blood 🩸
@@mrichards55 Cryyy ahahaha 🤣🤣🤣
That bike change was the nail in the coffin for Pogacar
Hmmm. Even though I’m Danish…I’m struggling with Jonas being 2:51 faster than Wout on 22k. Strange to say the least. I’ll cross my fingers and hope that it’s a ligit win…
Jonas is King of TdF. For many years.
That's what people said about Pogacar.🙄
Suuuure those numbers seem very normal (NOT!!)
Strong Viking 💪🇩🇰
interesting course/race... rest day, the only TT and then the highest day.
So a man who has never won a world tour TT blows the entire field away. I mean, it’s a phenomenal performance and I really want to believe, but…
believe in yourself. this is an entertainment- of what relevance do the results truly matter to you ? accept or reject, who cares ? the world moves on....
Jonas has placed in top 3 in 4 out the 5 TdF TTs he has done. He would have won last year, but decided to give the victory to his teammate instead. Since 2018, Jonas has not finished outside top 10 in any TT he has done.
With 22 Vingegaard was a decent CT rider. 3 and 4 years later he dominates the TdF. Hmm, yeah I am salty :D
calculated moves is very evident as the remaining stages fast approaching. The most exciting and thrilling war by the gc leader and Pogacar.
Congratulations on winning Jonas Binggego Stage 16. I have a happy day after hearing the news of Jonas' victory. It's Jonas' overwhelming power
Idemooo Tadej,nije jos nista gotovo...🤙⭐️
Remembering Miguel Indurain the extra terrestrial.. 🦾
Wow, just wow
It's given me tdf 2020 vibes...looking at the position these two riders on their tt bike, pogacar sits more forward, with his upper arms nearly perpendicular to the ground, which is similar to roglic's 2020 tt position. When they both crossed the line and pogacar knowing he was beaten by a large margin, congrats vingegaard in an unbelievable expression, just like what roglic did when he was beated by pogacar himself in 2020
Time gap is unimaginable..
What a demolition!!! Beating Pogacar at his own game. It's Vingegaard's Tour de France now.
Seriously next level
Seriously dope level. He was almost 3 minutes faster than Wout.
I thought the differences weren't 'that' great... Then I came to realise Vin was 1,48minute quicker than Pog instead of WVA....
Wow! incredible ride.. incredible physique too. That jaw line is impressive too!
Roglic takes 40 sec of Thomas and Almeida in Monte Lussari after loosing 30 sec with a bike chain malfunction. Now Vingegaard takes 1,38 min off Pogačar time...Jumbo obviously knows something other teams don't. Is it the bike or sheer watt power? If it's watt power, then something fishy is going on, because it's simply not possible.
your pronounciation of vingegasrd is perfect! well done!
How the hell is this possible.. over 1 min and half better. I really hope he s not cheating...🧐
Vingegard was preparing this day since january 1st. The diference between them is Pogacar has riden to win mant races since the begining of season meanwhile Vingegard only had the Tour in his mind.
Yeah, it's not like Jonas won the Criterium de Dauphiné or something, or the Itzulia basque country, or the O gran Camino.
Since July last year! ☺
@@darkiee69
Yes, but everything was done to prepare the Tour. Pogacar was shining everywhere meanwhile. Vingegard had an old school aproach to the Tour like Indurain or Armstrong used to do.
Yep, and Pogi rewarded with a broken wrist in the process
@@davidfernandez9791 He did a lot of one day races. Don't know if that's the best way t prepare for a three week tour.
Very good pronunciation of Vingegaard. Well done!
Brutal
JV on fire this year - played it very smart this tour and no-doubt all those 'attacks' by Pogi had burnt a few matches. Bike change also would have cost time too.
Kinda wish I didn't think this way, but that performance was a bit surprising, to say the least.
Mistake switching bikes in retrospect.
Jonas was faster even in the first turn. Appears he played defence and checked Tadej for 2 weeks saving energy.
Stages 15 and 17 only mountains stages left. Jonas will simply anchor himself to Tadej`s wheel and force him to try make a move..
I think the same. Jumbo played with Pogacar since day one, making him believe he is strong and making him atack to loose energy to kill him in third week.
Wow. did they feed Vingegaard diesel for breakfast that morning?
Didn't expect that from Vinegaard .
Awesome Stuff 👌 😅
4 both Tadej/ Jonas 2 blitz Wout Van Aert is Super Impressive.
1.30+ with really ony a hand full of days left don't think Tadej can pull this off .. bar a CrAsH 4 Jonas & that would be Terrible. Don't think Tadej can do a in the mountains 2day like Pantani yrs ago
