@@lalito3423he dont have to tho, noelle and itto has different identities now. Itto is a pure niche mono geo character while noelle works with mh and furina very well and also since shes a NA dps you can play her with characters like xq,yelan,fischl etc. And thats why shes not a pure mono geo dps like itto. Also if you add a geo healer in itto team you have to swap either zhongli and lose your resonance+shield or chiori which is a great off-field dps option for him.. but it is true that hes literally powercrept by his free 4 star alternative lmao
When you make seemingly OP chars with no visable downside , it just makes rest of cast look ordinary. Chars like Al haithem , xiao can hit hard provided they have their best teams , but here we have a braindead char that ignores all the mecahnics
