Sticking to the watch list is definitely 100% the way to go. I've seen other reactors do things other ways and man, they just don't get anywhere near the same experience. Imagine watching all the way through Restless in season 4 and then starting season 1 of Angel and missing out on all the second half of all those stories (Oz/Spike and the necklace, thanksgiving, Buffy and Angel's perfect day, Faith's Angel arc, etc.)
This is how the writers intended, to watch them side by side, and while some of the watch lists don't exactly do it by air date it still entirely preserves that feeling and the intended story.
You absolutely should keep it up, especially going into season 4 and 5 of Angel and the final season of Buffy.

Judas also thought he was doing the right thing.
I may be misremembering the exact details, but I’m fairly certain Judas was motivated by spite and greed. He did it out of a deep envy and contempt of Jesus and was motivated by the monetary reward.
That said, I don’t see the bible as anything more than a pastiche of fictional tales and explanations for the world as it was understood by people thousands of years ago who didn’t know any better, and simply documented their antiquated ignorance.
What happened to Holtz? He probably aged about the same amount that Connor aged...and he was not a young man when he jumped through the portal to the hell dimension the first time. And the hell dimension probably didn't have any modern medicines or nice easy places to live. 😂

I think cordy is justified since she feels like a mother to conor, goes away and her best friend steals him and gives him to his fathers bigger enemy, and looses him to a hell detention where they think he's dead
A brilliant action packed start to 'A New World' with Groo, Gunn and Angel up against Connor. A great scene as well when Angel finally overpowers him but cannot kill him. Lilah turning up as Wesley's flat is somewhat strange, and we are very fearful of her intentions, and she says 'the worst spot in hell is reserved for those that betray'. Conor of course definitely got his fighting skills from his mother and father! We see however his wild evil streak when he cuts the ear off one of the assailants. When Angel turns up after the girl OD's, we have Connor tell Angel his Father ( Holtz ) told him all about Angel and has obviously poisoned his mind. The reappearance of Holtz at the end now really throws the cat among the pigeons.
The treats they were eating in the motel were Suzie Q snack cakes by Hostess.

You're good with the watch list. It is essentially the way we originally watched it. Tiny tweaks for continuity purposes that isn't actually fiddling with the timeline at all. Nothing negative is caused by the way you're watching. It's my preferred rewatch order
I wonder what it's like to grow up in Quortoth. Flames? Demons?
Sometimes you just have to take a side. Cordy recognizes that she can't maintain a friendship with Wesley without betraying Angel. I mean, imagine if your closest friend decided to secretly hang out with someone who kidnapped your kid - right after it happened.

Connor is 16. Sunny is Connor's first female friend of Connor when he returns back to his real home Los Angeles from Quor'toth Hell Dimension for sixteen years inside. Sunny bring the best of Connor like Cordelia bring the best of Angel. Sunny is Connor's first love. Connor is Dhampir.
I don't really have an opinion on the viewing order, just happy that you're watching & uploading, even though reactors are getting so much trouble these days. Also, I'm sorry if my comment on your last Angel reaction seemed rude, I know text doesn't convey tone but I did make sure to state that though I disagreed with a specific comparison I do love seeing & learning your views. Cordelia is far closer to Wesley, so perhaps her hurt is more or different, but I do hope they see each other soon. The woman Lorne brought said it feels like somebody punched through, somebody punching through dimensions feels very Superman. What exactly is Connor & how strong is he? Glad you're loving the season, it's a favorite for a reason. Hope you're having a great week Dakara!

I'll be honest. No spoilers of course. But man, did I HATE where the writers went with Connor's storyline. It should've been written differently or not at all. And I don't even want to get into the whole Joss Whedon and Charisma Carpenter beef. *loud sigh*
