      Zach Falbe you're right because Jordan is retired. If you're insinuating that Jordan was never capable of posting the same type of numbers that LeBron does then you haven't seen all of Jordan's stats. Jordan has proven he's capable of having triple doubles on a regular basis, just like LeBron. One season he played the point while the teams starting PG was injured. Jordan averaged over 10 APG for like 60 games until the teams starting PG returned, and because of this Jordan ended that season at 8 APG.

    The funny coincidence about this scoring record being shattered is that after the 1995 season ended (you know, the one where Glen Rice set the Heat scoring record), Rice got traded to Charlotte, leaving Miami. Lebron left Miami after this last season, when HE set the new record.

  • @mtorres723
    @mtorres723 8 лет назад +34

    Lebron looks about 265-270 in this

    • @sonofaballer96
      @sonofaballer96 8 лет назад +10

      mtorres723 he probably is, he's lost weight since he left Miami but they usually list him at 250lbs. Lebron was definitely 260+ in Miami. His frame and height allows him to put on more weight and still be athletic and fast but it was muscle, not fat which makes a huge difference. Although fat isn't always bad, there's situations where adding fat can be beneficial (which is not in basketball).

    • @Kreze202
      @Kreze202 7 лет назад +4

      sonofaballer96 Adding fat CAN be a benefit in basketball. Just ask Shaq. He was fat as hell during the Lakers days and after but he remains the most dominant player in the NBA and arguably of all time.

    • @ejfreeman7
      @ejfreeman7 7 лет назад

      Mark Chiefkeef LeBron is the best player today, but he's most definitely not the best player ever. Jordan was a much better all-round player than LeBron ever was. LeBron is definitely top 5, and so is Kobe. But greats like Wilt Chamberlain, Hakeem The dream and Kareem Abdul-jabar , you can never really decide who the best among those was. Though most people that saw Jordan play (and if you watch gameplay now it's ridiculous how good that guy was) usually say Jordan was the best there ever was.

    Hot shooting night + horrible defense. Most of the cases of 50+ pts games, but it is scary witness LeBron knocking down 3 with ease. He is far to be a great shooter, with a elite 3pt shot and 85% FT percentage, he could ended up being the best player ever.

    • @RRRRRRRRR33
      @RRRRRRRRR33 10 лет назад

      Rabsel Yoehnam
      lmao, are you kidding? LeBron can't hit a contested 3 even if his own life depends on it. He is a decent shooter playing in a system, spoting up open 3s. With fewer attempts, his FG% is very efficient. With is great, the guy is easily the best all around player of alltimes. But his shooting skill is just average. A good indicator of poor shooting is the free throws. He barely shoots 72% of his FTs and, when he misses, he smaks the ball pretty hard on the rim. The high percentage is more a testament of his basketball IQ than shooting skill itself.

    • @shwtmDLX1
      @shwtmDLX1 10 лет назад +1

      You're right about the last part, but he is an elite jump shooter now, for the past years seasons at least. And maybe he can't hit a contested three if his life depended on it, but he can if the game depended on it (see: game-winning, hesitation stepback, buzzerbeating, 27 foot three pointer over Andre Iguodala, one of the game's premier on ball defenders.) that's just one example. And I don't like him because he takes contested threes, I like him because he takes smart threes, because jacking up bad shots will mostly end in failure. Except for Kobe and to a lesser extent Jordan.

    Back when LeBron was efficient and could hit threes. I used to believe 2009-2010 LeBron was him at his best. After watching how much his efficiency has fallen off this season, and how much he has to resort to jumpers and hero ball threes, 2012-2014 were clearly his best years.

      gorrow1990 he has improve his jumpers. Look at how he shoot when he got a healthy leg as compared to the weakmleg during the final where he was so slow and couldn't get any lift

    • @jname9368

      I honestly reckon he could do this again. I mean he just dropped 44 on only 24 shots and 3 that he missed were forced up at the buzzer cause they'd just chuck it to him so really he done it on 21 shots. If he took about 30+ shots in a game and wasn't focusing on facilitating I reckon he could do this but unfortunately he probably won't. It's quite incredible though when you know a player is capable of dropping 50-60 in his 14th season but he chooses not too waste energy and you just gotta look at the finals, dropped 41 points in back to back games against the most successful regular season team of all time. imagine what he'd do to teams not even half as good during regular season at that intensity

    • @jacobshreves5594
      @jacobshreves5594 7 лет назад

      Mike Potter nah LeBron in these past finals was LeBron at his best, on the biggest stage as well. Not some regular season game vs charlotte.
