The kids today won’t understand. This was at a time when the number 1 criticism of LeBron was “He doesn’t have a jump shot!”
But he was able to score in a variety of other ways so he didn’t need a consistent jump shot to put up numbers. And most centers and power forwards don’t have jump shots but nobody talks about them
Also they’re not very good at dribbling or passing or defending dribble moves but for some reason the small forward and the guard positions get the most criticism for lacking a certain skill
I wouldn’t say that. That was more like 2004-2007. By the start of this season, his jump shot changed tremendously.
@@Vnov93 he was getting that criticism until at least his second year in Miami. Though by that time the biggest criticism he was getting was that he didn’t have a post game.

I would say this game, vs Pistons 07, vs Knicks in 09 both times, vs the Hawks in 09 playoffs, 51 vs Magics in 2011, vs Celtics in 2012 facing elimination. These are the ones I've seen live and were his greatest shooting exhibitions imo. I'd also throw in him vs lakers in 09 and basically all 2018 playoffs.
