Plus he’s under 1k subs, meaning wether he has ads or not doesn’t make a difference because he cant monetize, I don’t even think you have the capacity to put ads when u cant monetize yet, so it wasn’t him who put it up there, probably youtube itself or someone who gave him a copyright claim for a video he owns
